The receptionist is pathetic. He does not know how to speak with the patients. I am not sure if he is getting paid less or what. Being the face of the hospital he should know how to speak with a female. We were commuting from Mathura, I called him mid way just to reconfirm the doctors timing. He called me back telling me we will wait for you pls come. We went, they deducted the money, later we got to know that the doctor has already left. At the end he told me "25 minutes main Mathura se aa bhj gaye" i swear If he would have done such things in noida he would have been sacked
