Sparsh service has been a blessing to me and my husband. Very happy with this service, got many help during admission n the team also gives visit at home at regular intervals.

Extremely poor and unprofessional service -- I strongly advise against visiting this hospital. The facilities are substandard, and the service quality is appalling. We had an X-ray KUB done here, and the images were blurry with an entirely inaccurate report. On the very same day, we repeated the test at another reputable center, which provided clear images and an accurate diagnosis. This proves how unreliable and careless this hospital's services are. Do not trust them with your health.

I have successfully completed my annual health check-up as per the company's wellness policy. The check-up was conducted at [Clinic/Hospital Name: ILS], and the overall health status was reviewed by the attending physician. All key health parameters are within acceptable limits, with minor recommendations provided for general lifestyle improvements. No serious concerns were reported. Thank you for good check-up us.

Patient Name: Papiya Rani Das, on 4th August 2025 I went there for Regular check up for pregnancy related issue to Mamata Singh(Gynecologist) through refferal from N.F. RAILWAY HOSPITAL,Agartala. MAM prescribed to do some Test which is available in ILS HOSPITAL on next visit (date 19/08/25) but, ILS Management didn't allow me to do this test under my UMID card facility as a employee of Indian Railways, they told me that free slots are fully booked , when I asked them that when I get the date under my UMID Card(Free of cost facility)then they reply to me that not possible in this month, after 19th August time for this test expired if you want to do this test within your next visit you should Pay Rs. 4500/- for this test. According to my knowledge these tests are absolutely free. I also informed my higher authority regarding this matter very soon.

Got my family health checkup and it was a great experience. Everything went smoothly and everyone is great now. Thanks to Dr. Debi Sarkar was helping us guide the whole time
