Dr. Divine Touch Medi Clinic

The doctors are really good, nice and respectful towards the patients I have no issues or complaints against them but the way the receptionist behave with the patient I have never seen such unethical, unprofessional behaviour in any other clinics. I have went there thrice and after holding on for so long I am writing this review , everytime whenever i visit this clinic I would experience the same thing from the receptionist. Their management is worst we have to wait their for more than 3 hours no matter how early we have booked it,they are always full of attitude and their tone while speaking is always rude, they wouldn't consider how sick or worst is the patient situation they would always speak in such rude tone with attitude. Untill and unless the receptionist gets replaced or learned their behaviour and correct it i wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this clinic and neither would i visit that clinics anymore.Such a pathetic behaviour they should have been trained properly on how to behave and communicate with the patient and patient party.

Staffs behaviour is very bad , disgusting,don't value time, and everywhere they had scolded patient's and their family because of seat and having a baby with them, staffs are very shameslless

Worst service ever. I booked the appointment and went to clinic and then the receptionist said the doctor is not there. Again after few days booked an appointment and they made us wait for 4 whole hours. Do they not care enough about the patients??? Although the doctor is nice and friendly. But please remove the receptionist number one and recruit the other one. Worst worst service ever.

Never ever visit this clinic it'll eat your 1.5 hours of time just easily. Only consider visiting while you cannot find any other alternative solution. The costumer services are very poor and it's very overwhelming place filled with patients with insufficient cares. And does very slow for each patient to consult. Complete waste of time just waiting and nothing also customers cares tune and behaviour is not the proper.

Visited this place for my skin problem small place with a good ambiance and clean environment staffs are free frank with a smiling face lots of facilities are available auch as x ray , ultar sonography, bloodtest , skin and hair related specially trained dermatologist and many more sitting area is also available with airconditioner and outside sitting area with decent parking area.

Lady Counter staff took Rs.500 although visit charge is Rs.350 they don't want back the change, she's keep saying next time- next time, even though I said I will make a change for you she's keep ignoring, even she didn't provided and proof that she too 500rs for next time. Very poor experiance my friends & family will never visit there again.

Not recommended.. the clinic don't have proper Booking system. even after booking online before 1 day they gave me 3rd number. Even doctor came 2 hour later. They don't care about patients time. Even ENT doctor didn't check properly, even a free hospital doctor did a great job in checking and asking the patient for his problem. 500rs visit felt like waste of money for that kind of visit. Overall bad experience.

Doctors are very good , but the staff members behavior was very rude everytime we go we face the same situation they thought they are the real doctors and act rude with Patience it's very shamefull that doctors are behaving so well and they cure our diseases so well but those staff's behavior are so bad or rude not hospitable.i wish no one would face these things
