Dr. AJARA HOSPITALS - Best Multispeciality Hospital in Warangal, Hanamkonda

Even this hospital doesn't deserve 1 rating. Worst hospital ever visited. No proper service and response. No AC, no fans, full suffocation. One stand fan for the entire floor for the people who are waiting outside the ICUs and only 4 people can sit on chairs outside ICU. MGM Government Hospital is better than Azara Hospitals. Cellar for car parking is smelling worst than municipal dump yard. Better to suffer than to come to Azara hospital for OP consultation or IP admission. Don't dare to visit again

I had a bit of a mixed experience at this hospital. On the one hand, the doctors and nurses were professional, caring, and attentive - kudos to them! The facilities were clean, which is a big plus. However, the waiting times were a bit long, and communication could be improved. Considering the complexity of cases they handle, it's understandable, but still an area for improvement. Overall, it's a good hospital, but with some room for growth. Would recommend, but with some reservations.

Very mixed opinions on the hospital. While the care went as planned. There are lot of concerns (noted below) that would make me avoid this hospital. If you can afford better care or value effective communication, this is not the hospital for you. The care provided does not meet the standards of many of the good hospitals in the region. Agree with review of "Pravalika Giram" provide in reviews. Doctors: The doctors are knowledgeable but often seem annoyed when asked for details on treatment. I overheard them joking about questions i requested on patients care. When we were discharged, I've requested to see the doctor for question and care before discharge, which didn't happen. It was handed off to a family member. Who didn't have any clue on starting the medications same day or from tomorrow and what does each medication help for and others. I had to get this information from a family doctor. Nurses and Staff: Many nurses and staff members are lazy and unprofessional. They avoid work, gossip, and act like they are doing a favor. In the ICU, a nurse was careless with equipment, hitting the patient's head and eyes without remorse. Many nurses in the room ward struggle with basic tasks like inserting IVs, They were popping up and getting busted daily and had to be replaced. They have no clue on why medications were given. Not sure how they are tracking if the right medication is given to the right patient. Bed Sheets: The bed sheets are dirty and torn, with throw up and other marks all over. I made multiple requests for clean sheets; all were in the same bad condition. SICU Gowns: The gowns are not changed daily, placed near shoes, falling down from hanger, and are worn by many people, making them less hygienic than fresh clothes. Enforcing to wear them didn't feel great. Positive Notes: - SICU security personnel were great, they were strict with rules, which was annoying at times, but was glad they were following it and very cordial and accommodating as per need, balancing very well. - The cleaning staff did a good job maintaining cleanliness and cleaning multiple times in the day. - Few nurses that are really good and addressed concerns quickly. - Doctors, even with issues mentioned above. Explained the queries and took time to answer.

Hospital equipment and staff especially were very humble and supportive. They gave the best care possible. Pre and Post-operative guidance was also given. Dr. Anitha Gynaecologist gave us the best treatment and made sure both the mother and baby were in safe hands Overall it's been a great experience.

Wrost experience in the hospital, I recommend do not come here ! The doctor don't maintain privacy in the room ! 5-10 will be around us all will listen to us and we can't open up with the condition ! The doctor communication is also not good .. I consulted to the gynaecologist

No parking Security and staff treat very bad Washroom rooms is very bad Totally worst maintenance No rest area
