Most recommended Hospital around Dilshuknagar. My father has admitted for gall bladder stones removal surgery. Doctors and the staff members are very responsive and with care. Maintains very hygeine environment.

The hospital and nursing services on the second floor are excellent--I truly appreciate the care and professionalism shown by the staff. However, there are a few areas that need attention: 1. The discharge process is quite slow and could be streamlined to avoid unnecessary delays for patients and their families. 2. The dustbins near the emergency fire exit should have lids to prevent the spread of infections and ensure better hygiene for patients, attendants, and staff. 3. The ambulance service arranged by the hospital for an external diagnostic center was very poor. The vehicle was not in proper condition, lacked basic safety features like handrails, and was uncomfortable even for healthy attendants--let alone patients in distress. I strongly recommend that the hospital carefully vet the services they partner with, especially for external scans, to ensure patient comfort and safety. Hope the management takes note and continues improving what is otherwise a well-reputed facility.
