Today visited Kompally MedPlus diagnostics center for my blood work . Front office staff is very courteous he suggested me a good package depends on my requirements, and I would like to give special mention to blood sample collection technician Mr . Pranay he is very much skilled and professional at his job. Had a smooth experience Thank you very much

Opened recently in Kompally. The office looks good. I availed their membership offer of 1000 per head. This reduced my bill by around 1100. Particularly useful if you have expensive tests to get done. The staff was polite too. Just a suggestion: mention the timings for each office on the name plate of the room itself. Every department has different timings to start and finish and different lunch breaks. So it was tough to get hold of them all and get the tests done.

1. Washrooms should be kept ready by 7 am. 2. Washrooms need to be properly dried, lest, to avoid slippery floor 3. Cafeteria is required for use during Post Lunch blood sample, and during Annual Health Packages that take 3 hours 4. Calmness to be maintained. I observed the staff shout out the names very loudly 5. Doxtors attending ECG to be suggested for advise to patients for any further investigation is needed post ECG 6. Like other Reports, ECG Report from Cardiologist will help the patients, instead of NOTINGS on the ECG

I recently visited Medi Plus, Kompally for X-ray, 2D Echo, and ECG and other services and I was very satisfied with the experience. The staff was professional and the process was smooth. I would like to give a special mention to Pavani from the Cardiology Department for her service. She was polite, attentive, and ensured everything was done with great care.

I had a very good experience at the MedPlus Ultrasound Department. Dr. Mamata was gentle, patient, and explained everything clearly during the scan. Ms. Sirisha was polite, supportive, and made the whole process smooth. Both showed great professionalism and care. Highly recommend their services!
