Dr. Apollo Hospitals | Secunderabad

The hospital lacks basic cleanliness especially in the bathroom. Everything is rusted. The faucet, the table drawers, the doors are broken. Staff don't come when called. They were not bothered to check if the iv drips are continuing. The prices are exorbitant..... Not at all worth the services provided. Did not expect this from Apollo.

Emergency response was good. Doctors are extremely knowledgeable and provide good treatment. The staff and maintenance are very kind and polite mannered and attend to our requirements appropriately. The food they provide is quite hygienic and good in taste. Value for the service provided. Nurses are also very prompt in attending to the patients. Recommended specially for Heart Treatments. The instruments used for treatment are advanced as per the standard market.

I live literally 100m away from Apollo and as a kid it was the best place to go to and now I understand why my parents or I haven't gone back since 2018. Back then everything was good timely consultation, professional demeanor and what not. It was worth the money. When I went today people seemed least bothered. Understandable the visiting doctor was late because of the rain late but there was no sort of reassurance from the management. I always used to push people to go to Apollo but after today not really sure about it. It was like being treated at a government clinic.

I had my surgery done at Apollo Hospitals Secunderabad, and I must say, the overall experience was excellent. From the moment I was admitted, the duty doctors and nursing staff took great care of me. The hospital was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The hospitality throughout--from admission to discharge--was seamless. Sample collection and diagnostic procedures were carried out with minimal discomfort. The only slight issue we faced was with the insurance claim process, which was a bit delayed and unclear at first. However, once we approached the department directly, they were helpful and got things sorted out. Overall, I'm truly thankful to the entire team at Apollo Secunderabad for making my surgery and recovery experience smooth and simple.

Very bad behaviour of these reception 2 ladies towards the patients. Screaming, shouting and behaving very cheap making lot of nuisance. Hospital is good and the doctors are well knowledge but these reception ladies are carrying a worst behaviour creating lot of disturbance towards patients.old ladie is there she do not have basic common

I visit this hospital mainly for my master health check up. Overall good experience and reliable testing. Quality of Doctors is surely good. Most of the staff are very courteous. Despite the rush esp. for ultrasound, TMT, ECG, etc. it is quite a pleasant experience.

Whilst Apollo hospitals is a very famous hospitals but the Secunderabad branch from my experience is highly unorganised. For a simple check up and consultation they made me wait for 5 hours whilst the check was only for few minutes. Absolute chaos everywhere. No time slot provided and never ending waiting to meet the doctors. Doctors were nice though
