Reddy Sir, Dr. Uma Maheshwar Sir, and Dr. Purna Sir--for their expertise, guidance, and patient-centered approach. I also extend my sincere thanks to Dr. Padmanabhan Sir from the Cardiology department and Dr. Murali sir from the anesthesia department for their excellent care. The hospital staff, including the PROs and reception team, are courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist. The nursing staff, particularly in the Dialysis floor and Kidney Transplant Unit, are not only well-trained but also extremely attentive and professional. A special mention goes to the ward boys and maids, whose kindness and attentiveness towards every patient make a real difference in the healing process. Overall, KIMS Hospital offers a blend of medical excellence, compassion, and efficient service, which makes it a highly trustworthy and commendable healthcare institution.

This branch of Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences ( KIMS ) is located in Begumpet. Here are the things which are good about the hospital : 1) Well trained and well behaved staff with a helpful attitude. If you are visiting then someone from the staff is there to guide you. 2) Very well maintained building, neat and clean. 3) All facilitate under one roof. 4) Most important - well experienced doctors. Here are the things on which they need to work: 1) Poor car parking, when I visited last I saw a lady having a heated discussion with the staff as there were cars at the entrance blocking the way to reception area due to poor car parking management and the patient kept waiting in the car. 2) If you are covered under medical insurance or corporate tieup then it's okay otherwise the treatment is very expensive if you are admitted to the hospital.

KIMS Hospital, which has unfortunately been quite disappointing compared to earlier visits. The nursing and finance departments have shown a significant decline in quality. Nurses are often unresponsive, even in critical situations. Despite the availability of a call button for assistance, they rarely respond unless we personally go and follow up multiple times. This level of irresponsibility and negligence is alarming, especially in a healthcare setting where timely attention is crucial. Additionally, the finance department lacks efficiency and transparency, causing unnecessary delays and confusion. Another serious issue is the lift service. We had to wait for at least 15 minutes every time, which is highly inconvenient, particularly for patients and elderly visitors. KIMS used to stand out for its quality care, but the recent service has been disappointing. I hope the management takes immediate steps to address these concerns and restore the hospital's standard of care.

I recently had the privilege of being under the care of Dr. M. Madhavi and her team at KIMS Hospital, as she performed laparoscopic hysterectomy surgery on my mother. From the moment we met her, Dr. Madhavi made us feel at ease with her calm demeanor, professionalism, and expertise.
