Horrible experience, right from intake to scan to consultation. Beware the front desk may charge you more by adding unnecessary tests without the requisition from doctor. Doctor requisition just had ECG marked but the front desk added 2D Echo and charged 3x. When questioned the staff is not apologetic or at least show empathy but act rude. Moreover, the hospital staff is very rude and has got attitude. Does not follow it's own rules, the MR's appointments are restricted to 10 and are only allowed from 11 AM - 12 PM but when I was at the clinic, I saw almost 15-20 MR's starting to visit the doctor at 1 PM with several patients including pregnant women are left unattended for hours together. Strongly recommend to find other alternative clinics than wasting your money and time for such pathetic service. Response to the reply from Hospital: The multiple 1 star ratings determine how the operations are carried at your hospital. The minimum common knowledge of not letting a patients personal information explains how you don't follow the basic fundamentals of medical profession The way you exaggerated that relationship, tells how narrow minded you are, she is my sister and not wife. 3x is not exaggerated, the ECG should be charged at 300 but, we were charged 1000. Giving refund after red handedly caught is not an achievement, none of the staff members have apologized and that's speaks that this is not a one time instance. The doctors horrible questions while consulting a patient is an example of sheer unprofessionalism. The tone, the questions explains the lack of interest in compassion for the field. Finally, check the reviews and ratings, 60-70% of the rating with 5 star are either from Doctor himself or his acquaintances, this explains how insecure the hospital is. If the feedback is really welcomed then you wouldn't speak vile and keep a patients records out in the world.
