Dr Deep Malu is a very experienced and knowledgeable gynecologist. She is also a courteous kind natured lady. Dr have always been available on call be it any day week days of holidays. I have had the experience of delivering twice at this hospital and everything was very professional with utmost care given. Thanks to dr Deep Malu and management. The management is also very disciplined and well maintained and very functional all the time. All the staff members and mid-wives nurses are well experienced and can be relied on.

Dr. Deep malu mam is caring and concerned.Mam is highly knowledgeable and can handle any type of complicated case with ease. Hospital is fully equipped and staff are also good. Thank you mam for everything you have done for me

I had my delivery at Nova Life Hospital under Dr. Deep Malu Ma'am, and I'm extremely thankful for the smooth and successful surgery she performed. Her calm and professional approach gave me great confidence. The nursing staff were caring and attentive throughout my stay, always available when needed. A big thanks to the cleaning staff for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. A special mention to Mohammadi Baji for her exceptional personal care and kindness she truly made my experience more comfortable. Although A Late post, But this is heartfelt post of Gratitude towards Dr. Anand Malu Sir . Thank you Malu Sir for being there all the time during my husband's Covid Situation. He was there to explain all the complex medical procedures to me as a very responsible doctor (which is very much needed especially when our family member is in their hands) and asked if I had any questions or concerns. He helped me understanding the complexity of my husband's medical condition and guided me through the 3 months journey when my husband was undergoing Covid treatment. I could see how he kept assuring me all the time during counselling sessions and helped me in decision makings. I was not really in favor of moving my husband from ICU to Rehab after he became covid negative. He explained me patiently how important it was and helped me getting the right rehabilitation center. I'm glad he did that, now my husband is back to his normal life. I still remember how he remained calm and composed during his busy shifts, even in the phase of unexpected challenges like a patient's health, emergencies etc. While doing so, he also maintained a professional attitude, providing clear instructions and support to the medical team who were taking care of my husband. I truly feel blessed that Dr. Anand Malu was assigned to handle my husband's CRITICAL case. Thank you always Malu Sir.

I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Naveen Malu for his quick and effective treatment for my mother, who recently suffered an injury. He immediately attended to her and performed stitches with utmost care, which has led to her quick recovery. What makes this experience truly special for me is Dr. Naveen's caring and down-to-earth nature, not just towards the patient but also towards their family. His approach brought us great comfort during a stressful moment. The supporting staff was also polite (though they could be a bit more proactive). Overall, I would definitely recommend Dr. Naveen Malu to anyone in need of medical care.
