My mother spine surgery successfully done by latest technology by neuro surgeon specialist by Dr shashank kode Sir. Treatment given by him is excellent and treated patients also good. My mother underwent surgery of renal calculus, here the consultant and duty doctors , nursing staff , housekeeping everyone too good but Especially duty doctors and nursing staff (2nd floor)very friendly with patients . Thank you so much entire icon hospital staff .. But very bad situation I was faced at before taking procedure they made us to wait infornt of OT theatre (the patient is not able to sit due to pain ) Again time of stunt removal we got call from hospital ,we reached at 5 15 pm , they were the gown to patient at 6 pm, almost 3 1/2hrs waited infornt of OT in chair ,its very hard to sit patients this many hours pls note already patients will have other medical conditions. Plss management look into this ..our request.. Remaining in ward doctors and nursing staff too good thank you
