Hello everyone, I'm Anisha. I joined Arti Ma'am's yoga class in my 7th month of pregnancy. On 17th June, I delivered a healthy baby boy through normal delivery--something I never imagined possible as I have chronic back pain. Even in my 9th month, I was able to do deep squats and duck walks, thanks to Ma'am's guidance. On 16th June at 5:30 PM, my water broke and I was admitted to the hospital. By 9 PM, I was in severe labor pain, but my baby was born almost 18 hours later the next day. It was a long wait, and this experience really taught me how important patience is during labor. Ma'am's positive words, training, and breathing techniques helped me stay calm and strong throughout the process. I'm truly grateful to Dr. Arti for her constant support and guidance.
