Hi Friends, we have visited this hospital by taking telephone appointment 2days prior to the consultation. On appointment day we have reached to the hospital early 30mins than appointment slot. Post OP admin fee formality it took 3 hours waiting time for meeting the Doctor. We did not understand the op process in this hospital.. why too much waiting for consultation. The fee is too high. No wellbehaved staff. Very poor experience we strongly recommend the Doctor n admin pls pls change the operations process especially on out patient consultation process. Not worth approach.

Four points, as l experienced recently at the hospital. 1. Doctor Siddharth accepts only in-house lab reports, when l enquired more on on one of the prescribed tests so that l can check out outside diagnostic centers ,he replied me to get checked outside only , clearly made his point that he does not accept outside test reports. The process l don't understand . People will always look for savings and will go with any same quality but a cheaper option. 2. To get to know on the prescribed exercises for my neck and shoulder issues, l was directed to another doctor sitting in the room beside who was charging Rs 600 for that. When already have paid 800rs for the visit why should one be charged again? Should it be treated an additional chargeable service? 3.The medicines prescribed are available only in it's in-house medical store which is really a issue for the people who are looking to buy it from any other places. 4. Once l visited first time , after the doctor's meet, one of the receptionists mentioned 12k for two tests , when requested, she quoted her last price of 8.1k and left as her shift time was over. Within 3 mins the next person who replaced her mentioned last negotiated price will be 8.9k only. As l pointed out, l have been quoted with 8.1k only, she returned my file on the desk and said the final price will be 8.4k only. If they change the prices every now and then how can we trust and depend on them for any service? Concerns to be taken care of by the administration in future.

Dr Sidarth is just amazing doctor. I have been consulting with him for my mom's knee and shoulder pains. He is so polite and is so quick in identifying the underlying issue. I would definitely recommend him for any neuro related ailments.

Dr. Siddharth listens to the concerns very patiently and prescribes the medicines only after thoroughly reviewing the reports. I recommend him for any neuro related issues. But only concern was, the wait time is too long even if you book an appointment prior. The average wait time is 2-3hours for consulting.

My father admitted in april. We had a very positive experience at this hospital. The staff were professional, kind, and attentive throughout stay. Dr siddartha reddy and CEO DR Venkatesh naidu and duty doctors took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel at ease. Nurses were incredibly compassionate and always responded promptly to needs. The facility was clean and well-organized, and I felt safe and cared for during my father's treatment. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of quality medical care.

We have visited the hospital for neuro problems. Booked appointment for 7:30pm but we got to wait 3+ hours. Consulted Dr. Siddharth around 12:30 am. First point when someone work more than 12+ hours do you expect them to give 100% productivity? The doctor suggested a simple test as he said and the test cost is 12000 rupees only. We have requested the doctor if we can get the tests from outside diagnostic centre but the doctor said they do not accept outside reports rather do not believe other diagnostic centers. This seems very rude for other hospitals and diagnostic centers. The doctor accepts only the reports done by him which seems very different to me.And he says report should be same everywhere. My suggestion to people around that if you are looking for respect for your time and money never ever visit this place. We definitely have multiple hospitals around with multiple expertise doctors.

I came here to take physiotherapy for my knee pain. Dr. Zameer gave good guidance about the treatment to be taken. Ms. Akansha took immense care and did all the treatment step by step very well. She also guided me to do proper exercises to tackle with the problem. I would highly recommend this place for any help in physiotherapy. Thank you!!
