The treatment is good, but the follow-up experience is disappointing. During follow-up visits, the doctor seems overwhelmed and barely communicates, which makes it difficult to ask important questions. In the rush, I missed asking several things. Unless it's absolutely necessary, I would not recommend this hospital for follow-up care. Their customer service is poor, and they seem to rely entirely on Bangari Swamy. Overall, it's not a patient-friendly environment after the initial treatment.
