My recent visit experience at medicover hospital was easily warranting a single star The waittime was absolutely abysmal Even for scheduled appointments We were left waiting for hours in a overcrowded waiting area No communication from the staff Some staff was good Some was too bad The parking place was really horrible and difficult to find parking There is back side of the hospital parking area is located The admission and reception staff was good Lift was available for all visitors There is two blocks of hospital One of is doctors consultant's One of is testes Toilets is not good

We had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. We visited for stomach pain and the doctor advised a CECT scan. After administering the contrast drug, the patient had a severe reaction and we were stuck in the emergency ward until 11 PM. Due to insurance issues, we returned home, but by the next day, the patient developed a viral infection. We came back and got admitted on Monday. Even after the doctor gave prescriptions, there were huge delays in giving the medication. Three different doctors gave updates, but the staff was careless and completely unresponsive. Their behavior was rude, and there was no sense of urgency or empathy. We finally had to take the hard decision of moving the patient to another hospital. Very unprofessional experience overall. Definitely not what you expect when you're already under stress

I recently underwent arthroscopy surgery for ACL reconstruction. Dr. Venugopal Chakilam explained the procedure very clearly and patiently, which really helped ease my concerns. The surgery was performed by a dedicated team, including Dr. Venugopal himself. Overall, I had a very positive experience and felt well cared for throughout the process. Highly recommend!

We had an appointment at Medicover Hospital recently, and while the medical care was satisfactory, I'm compelled to call out an unethical and misleading practice by the hospital staff. They took the phone of my mother-in-law, without explaining the reason, and later we discovered that they used it to write a positive Google review in her name. The review by Neelam Moses was not written by her but by a hospital staff member -- without her knowledge or consent. This is a serious breach of trust and a manipulation of public feedback. Reviews are meant to reflect real experiences, not artificially boosted ratings. I urge the hospital management to look into this matter and stop this dishonest behavior immediately. Trust cannot be earned through shortcuts -- only through transparency and respect for patient and visitor consent.
