Dr. Saptagiri Hospital

Absolutely pathetic experience. They took the full payment upfront and then gave zero care -- not even basic attention. Doctors were arrogant, nurses were rude, and no one responded in emergencies. The place was filthy, mismanaged, and a total scam. Save your money and your loved ones -- never step into this horrible excuse for a hospital.

Seriously I am not recommending this hospital.. No time sense not giving updates properly and wasted my time..Not following Op Properly sisters I visited for doctor vaudeville Rao Today 22032024

Worst experience, They gave 1 wet wipes pack to me,but in bill they showed that I took 4 wet wipes packes. And moreover they charged rupees 500 per pack and total rupees 2000. But in online same company wet wipes pack is rupees 100 per pack.

Extremely disappointing experience. I arrived at 10:00 AM and was given an appointment for 2:00 PM, only to end up waiting an additional four hours with no explanation or updates. The hospital was overcrowded, poorly ventilated, and severely lacking in organisation. Wheelchair access was minimal, making it very difficult for patients with mobility needs. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unprepared to handle the situation. It was clear that more training is needed, as they appeared unsure of how to manage delays or support patients effectively. The facility was also clearly understaffed, which only added to the chaos. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unacceptable. Major improvements are urgently needed.

We have admitted our friends mother where she's wasn't feeling well(Unable to breathe and uncontrollable diabetes). Dr Srinavasa chary sir/ Dr Harish sir has cured the disease and now her diabetes is under control. Hospital is very good and the way they respond to the patients is amazing. Nursing staff is very productive towards their work and they are speaking/treating the patients in a polite way.

Vasudev Doctor is the best doctor. Very experienced and his suggestions and medicines always gives good positive results. Doctor has suggested few exercises to my wife hand and within 1 month pain was gone and able to rotate hand without any issues. I strongly recommend you guys to visit vasudev Doctor for any orthopaedic issues. Take care

In saptagiri hospital we have one doctor (Dr.B.Shiva Prasad) who has no patience at all but he had great experience of 40 yrs he was unfit to be doctor after paying money taking patient to operation theater created lot of tension by throwing surgery tools very badly towards patient if patient have health issue what will be the situation such irresponsible fellow As patient going surgery then status of mind little tense he can't this basic thing what is the use of having lot of experience and at that situation this fellow made arguments. he don't have any patience very rude,idiotic behaviour he will create problem by shouting at patient in theatre he was such worst person. people who has pain they need to wait at least 3 to 4 hrs. Staff has only interest to collect money only staff even don't know to speak porperly with patient if we ask any questions they if have ready pay money fine otherwise leave the place they will say particular person who is at reception. I pray the god to make him learn to be patient I wish it happen.

I admitted my brother suffering with dengue fever 15 days back.treatment was very good ICU incharge Tulasi ram doing well neatly taken blood sample and IV cannulaa inserted the patient in first attempt..nice caring intime giving medications his work is marvelous and humble.. thanks for good service..
