We are the attender of Rekala Vijay kumar .we are all well satisfied with rush care hospital services . specially DR.Gowtham sir treatment and way talking patient condition explaining to the patient and attenders are excellent . nursing staff services also very good .they are given good care like very friendly ,room maintenance very good they are doing good job . Security's services also good.some people they are talking rude but ok not all the security's . securitys are not allowing at least 2 persons in patient side.in case of any emergency one person cannot control them so kindly allow 2 persons in patient side. Suggestion:- keep a phlebotomist for blood sample collections because staff nurses are collecting blood samples in the early morning and after 2 to 3 hours again they are coming for repeat sample collection if we ask why they are telling samples was collected. From Tejaswini,. My personal experience about this hospital is too good. I would rate 4.9. the staff is patience. The rooms are soo good.. i haven't seen this kind of rooms in nearby hospitals. Apart from the infrastructure and staff the treatment here is also effective. Dr. Gautham reddy who treated me is friendly and understandable. The woman in casualty is also friendly who asked regarding my well being once i am in. Rajesh a ward boy is also a hardworker and so kind.

Absolutely the worst hospital experience. My father had a serious ear and eye infection, possibly Malignant Otitis Externa. They messed up his MRI booking, sent us to the wrong hospital, and the driver was rude. No ENT showed up till 8:20 PM despite repeated requests. Staff is clueless, careless, and completely unprofessional. Zero communication between staff , zero urgency for the emergency, zero empathy what so ever . Don't risk your loved ones' lives here. Shameful service

Excellent care and service by nurses and staff. My father got admitted into thi hospital recently and it is cured in 2-3days. The process is very smooth and staff are caring and reachable. I don't find any negatives except the canteen near by for tiffins and coffee was missing as it is new.
