Dr. Roma Hospital - The Best Multi Specialty Hospital at Kompally

Absolutely terrible. If you want proper care, DO NOT GO. My mom broke her fingers so we went to this hospital at around 9 Or 10pm. We knew the best doctors wouldn't be there given the time, but we wanted adequate treatment atleast for the time being. There were duty doctors who didn't even know how an investigation slip for an xray was supposed to be written . Once the xray showed that my mom's fingers had infact been broken. They called the Orthopedic, who we were told would be available in the hospital but wasn't (surprise, surprise). He told these barely and shockingly qualified duty doctors to splint the fingers. Which turned out in the morning that they did it wrong . Then in the morning when we went for a proper cast to be put, the ortho came conveniently at 11,placed the cast and prescribed her an unnecessary iv antibiotic, in his words " To abuse our medical insurance". Cut to one year later, even after repeated visits and voicing out our concerns which he ignored, my mom's hand is still swollen and still hurts. These kind of half assed doctors are the reason why violence against doctors has started in the first place. Basically, if you're considering going, DON'T! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! Also, i forgot to mention, these guys are huge insurance scammers. One mention of an insurance and they'll make sure to milk it as much as they can. I sincerely hope you SHUT DOWN.

Unprofessional staff. My wife and kids had a fall down from scooter. After all the investigations and xray, we understood from Doctor about 3 fixtures in joint bone of my wife. This asks for a surgery, since our family ortho surgeon is associated with another reputed hospital, we took discharge. For insurance purpose we asked Roma staff for Xray report, and we got a surprising answer that Report will take 2 days. My question here is if a simple xraybreport takes 2 days, on what basis and confidence they asked us to admit and get surgery done at Roma? I agree with the other mentioned reviews about this hospital. We have been consulting Roma Hospital since past 2 years; I see this Unprofessional approach due to change in management.

went along with my mom and the staff was very friendly and cooperative.Also previously they treated my brother well when he was admitted for 1 week.overall i would rate this as a great find for people living in and around cineplanet area

Never visit this Hospital mainly for the major issues like knee replacement or treatment. There are lot of chances that it will become a failure and these guys will figure out a way to claim that it is not their problem but might be new issue. Howcome someone will have sudden major issues heart, nerves or kidney,etc as soon as kneer surgery is over. Doctors at Roma hospital, You and your logics. God bless your hospital and save patients from your failures.
