Dr. Rainbow Children's Heart Institute, Banjarahills, Hyderabad - Best Pediatric Cardiology Hospital

Hospital needs neatness. Walls floors and seats etc are very dirty.

Doctor is really good and supportive in all the required context. Dr. Ganapathy and Team did my baby complete AV canal repair surgery. Surgery went well , now baby is recovering. Doctors are down to earth , they discuss and teach all the steps and precautions need to maintain for faster recovery after discharge from the hospital. Only my suggestion to non technical staff need to know the manner and articulation specific security staff and management need to provide better fully furnished waiting room for patients guardian or caretakers.

Dr. Nageshwara roa is very good doctor. We came from andhra, sir suggested for surgery sent to surgery to Dr. Ganapathy sir , Ganapathy sir is very excellent and very good as a person , very well explaination sir supported us alot , we got helped through pure lillte heart foundation by shalini mam , praneeth sir , pooja coordinator mam , lavanya billing mam , here in rainbow heart institute Each and every staff are very helping nature and kind , they treated my son very well and humble , nurses in icu and ward are caring towards my son. Receiption staff friendly. All the services are excellent very fast response from everyone , Thank you rainbow heart institute for everything.

Iam garvit mother mahaday yadav , my son came to rainbow heart institute in very poor condition, we came from chattisgarh, because of my son garvit condition, but were very tensioned about my son condition, then Dr. Nageshwar roa sir has councelld about my son condition, dr. Nageshwar sir is an excellent doctor. Then dr. Nageshwar roa sir refered us to surgeons , Dr. Ganapathy sir & Dr. Abhinav sir , both surgeon are very good & kind Dr. Abhinav has explained everything in detail, Dr. Abhinav is very kind & good heart person, Dr. Ganapathy sir is very good & very helping nature person, ganapathy sir treated my son very well , awesome doctors, now my son recovered very well because of Dr. Ganapathy & Dr. Abhinav sir we are heartfully thankfull to surgeons. Dr. Shwetha ma is very good doctor. Foundation Shalini mam helped us through financially , Shalini mam is very kind , praneeth sir is very kind & helpful always b there for us to help, surgeon's assist pooja mam is very good , helpful & playfull with my son, sister Savitha, sister ragini has treated my son very well all services are excellent, support staff are very friendly in nature. We are really thankfull to rainbow heart institute.

GOOD/POSITIVE We recently had our 5-year-old daughter undergo heart surgery at this hospital under the care of Dr. Ganapathi. I want to start by sincerely thanking Dr. Ganapathi for the successful surgery and for being accessible and patient with all our queries. His calm and competent approach gave us great comfort during an otherwise difficult time. We'd also like to thank Ms. Pooja (Dr. Ganapati's secretary), Ms. Lavanya (IP billing), and Mr. Praneet (operations officer) for their kindness and support--they made a stressful process a little easier. BAD/NEGATIVE However, I feel compelled to share our disappointment with how the hospital management handled the pre-surgery counseling process. Just minutes before the surgery, we were called into what was described as a "counseling room" -- a space I had assumed would be meant to reassure and emotionally support already-stressed parents. Unfortunately, the experience was the opposite. Instead of a compassionate conversation, we were presented with a sharp, almost aggressive tone by the doctors. The focus quickly shifted from explaining the surgery to emphasizing the risks, which suddenly jumped from 1-2% to 5-8%, moments before the operation. The way this was communicated felt cold, overly assertive, and almost like a disclaimer being read out just to distance the hospital from responsibility in case of complications. To make matters worse, a similar interaction happened post-surgery with another doctor. Instead of being reassured about the successful outcome, we were once again met with an unnecessarily stern focus on potential risks, when all we needed at that point was some humane communication and reassurance. As a parent, I understand the need to discuss risks, but how and when it is done makes all the difference. Compassion and communication are just as important as medical skill in a hospital setting, especially when dealing with children and their families. While we are grateful for the surgical success and the care provided by Dr. Ganapathi, I strongly urge the hospital management to their approach to parental counseling. Empathy should never be optional in healthcare.

I have come to Rainbow to get the 2D echo for my 2 month daughter.the worst experience I have been went through for long hours waiting.i have come by 11 am in the morning paid bill and waited for my untill 3:30 pm to get my turn , waiting period is inconvenient to all the mothers of two month babys carrying along and let me share you this is not only me and my family felt there are many others who were available to get there purpose done have experienced the same worst part of your facility, fees are comparatively other diagnostic is higher side above that poor service, patients needs to go through. I believe only one Machine is available to moniter the 2d that is the main reason for waiting time is too long . When hospital is getting more patient why did the management not expanding 2 D echo facilities where at a time one patients going for the test if it is two or three machines more installed in the hospital can be able to cater 3 patient at a tiMe where it can be easily time management take place and patients and there attenders no need to suffer with long hours waiting trouble . Management needs to work on this on immediate and on a priority basis, it is a disappointment for all the patients who are coming to Rainbow because of the Name and fame Rainbow has it . It is worst wating time than comparatively to any of government hospital too. Being a elite brand and CHARGING like 5 star facilities but provide service worst than a a government hospitals poor management..
