Dr. Premier Hospital

I recently visited the hospital for a scheduled check-up and was overall satisfied with the experience. I came for this hospital for second time.The staff at the reception were courteous and guided me efficiently through the registration process. The cleanliness of the facility stood out, and the waiting area was comfortable and well-maintained. The doctor I consulted was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which helped ease my concerns. However, the wait time was longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating despite having an appointment. Additionally, parking was limited, making it slightly inconvenient for patients coming by car. Despite these minor issues, the quality of care and professionalism of the medical staff made a positive impression. I would consider returning here for future medical needs.

Quality, supportive and good service by the entire team. The doctors (Dr. Sandeep, Dr. Ranjan, Dr. Mahesh) were really attentive and understanding and provided effective solutions that helped my speedy recovery. The ICU team and nurses (Kritika and Arpita) were really sweet and supportive to me throughout my stay. Really thankful and appreciate their commitment and dedication.

My wife was admitted to Premier Hospital (Old Block, Room 405) for a cesarean operation done by Dr. Rukhsana. Dr. Rukhsana was very professional and reassuring throughout, and the nursing staff took great care of my wife and baby. The room was clean and comfortable, and we felt well looked after the whole time. Grateful to the entire team at Premier Hospital.

The hospital is overall good, and the staff is friendly and cooperative, which made our experience more comfortable. However, I believe the management needs to re-evaluate the in-house pharmacy services. Unlike most pharmacies across the city that offer a minimum of 20% discount, the hospital pharmacy provides no discount at all. This was particularly frustrating when, during admission, I was prescribed a tablet but was required to purchase the entire strip for 550--even though I only needed one tablet. This policy feels unreasonable and adds unnecessary cost to patients, especially when better alternatives are available outside. I hope the hospital takes this feedback seriously and considers revising its pharmacy practices to be more patient-friendly

The staff of this hospital perticularly 4th floor nurses, Dr's and the management is also good. Had a great experience will surely recommend this hospital to everyone.

I am Asif Khan. My daughter was admitted in Premier hospital, Khaderbahgh, Mehdipatnam, For Dengue treatment in last week of July2025. And she was treated successfully. The Doctors, nurses, the support staff were all so kind and humble to the patient and parents. Special mention and appreciation to the BILLING staff. They were kind and humble and performed their DUTY WITH WISDOM AND ABOVE ALL .. Hospital staff are good and quiet very helpfull and regards patient health and safety neat hygiene and proper maintenance he were on old block 4 th floor room no 418 recently my father was admitted and maxoficial surgery was done successfully with Dr.Abhinand Sir was satisfactory and his approach was on point and very good. I want to clearly mention pharmacy to be not at all good based on pricing but no option to opt for other resources prices hit hard on attendents other the patients for sure no discounts afford plan is a good approach but still to a limited extent please try to fix add discounts so that we don't go out as gloves box is 400 and here its 1500 and much more to say take things whatever in pharmacy on your end rather here as u are forced to pay 4 times normal price and much to complaint only on pharmacy and medical bills and test prices are high like cbp etc charging 2 times the regular reputed diagonals charge please look into it as well
