I had a very positive experience at Nakshatra Hospital, Nagole. The hospital is clean, well-organized, and has all the necessary medical facilities under one roof. From the moment I walked in, the staff were courteous, professional, and attentive. A special thanks to Dr.K.Soma Sekhara reddy and the entire medical team. They were extremely patient, clear in communication, and genuinely caring. Whether it was diagnosis, treatment, or follow-up, everything was handled efficiently and with compassion. The nursing staff and support team also deserve appreciation -- they were always responsive and made sure I was comfortable during my stay. The hospital offers 24/7 emergency services, in-house diagnostics, pharmacy, and ambulance support, which is incredibly helpful during emergencies. I truly felt like I was in safe hands. I highly recommend Nakshatra Hospital to anyone looking for quality healthcare in Hyderabad.

I'm having a good experience with *NAKSHATRA HOSPITALS* My son suffering with fever from the past 20 days due to my financial condition I can't able to take him to the hospital, but one of my suggested NAKSHTRA HOPISTAL. When I see the hospital, I'm afraid for imagining the bill. But they clearly explained the cash process and insurance process. Luckily I have my insurance card. Through insurance I was admitted on 30-06-2025. Insurance team helps me a lot. *Dr. CHANDRA PRAKASH GARU* supports me and always contacts me and updated me everything regarding insurance status. Just only because of *Dr. AKULA UJWAL KUMAR*, my son is very well today. His way of treating, caring and talking with patient gives extra energy to recover. I never forgot the doctor and his support. Another biggest support is nursing team. They never hesitate to treat the patient and touch the patient. Nurses are very friendly and they are creating a homely environment. Receptionists are responding very quickly and giving best advice for the treatment. At the time of discharge they didn't pay single rupee from my side. The overall experience with *NAKSHTRA HOSPITAL* is very excellent and amazing. I highly recommend *NAKSHATRA HOSPITAL* for the best treatment and best experience.

Nakshatra Hospital LB Nagar is the 3rd class hospital neither Doctor are educated nor the staff both are unprofessional. If the patient is in serious condition then they will send to heaven one. I recommend not to go with this hospital

On 2nd July night I took my grand father to Nakshatra Hospital he was suffering from stomach pain ... there is a "junior duty doctor in duty named SUMANTH... he examined my grand father he suggested injections .. i informed he is Allergic to Injection Tramadol .. I sensed that he didn't care my words... after he gave injections we came back to home... grand father started allergic reactions over body & breathing difficulty.. immediately we rushed to other hospital there we showed prescription to doctor.. Doctor noticed that he had injection tramadol.. we were in shock .... I already clearly said not give Injection tramadol ... Duty doctor SUMANTH gave it... it leads to severe reaction.... Condition leads to admission...after from shock called to Nakshatra hospital reception and enquired about that doctor.... We came to know that he is a Pharm.D...how a pharmacist can be do duty as doctor.... Pharm.D only can work as pharmacist... how hospital keep a pharmacist as a duty doctor...I am going to file a case on Sumanth & management & in DMHO also... how they are playing with patient life's... others should be aware this type of fraud going in Nakshatra hospital

Beware of this fraudulent hospital! As soon as they found out I had medical insurance, they tripled the prices. This means they are not only scamming patients but also insurance companies. Despite having an insurance card, they demanded a 5000 security deposit, claiming it would be refunded after discharge. However, they later refused to return it, saying it covered costs for gloves, masks, and other miscellaneous items. For a simple stomach infection, they admitted me unnecessarily, charged my insurance company 70,000, and conveniently discharged me right after 24 hours--just enough to exploit the hospitalization rule for maximum billing. This hospital is clearly running an unethical business. Avoid at all costs! ************ Not getting option to revert on your fake response to responding here only. The claim you are telling that price is same for normal person and health insurance is a big lie you also know it. only for endosopy test when I asked it was 6000 but you claimed for 11,500 to insurance company. So stop making fool of people. The 5000 rs refund I was told it will be refunded it's just a security amount for admission but you later got nothing back.

Treatment is good and the environment of the hospital is peaceful. Hospital provides hygiene food for the patients. They are maintaining the hospital very cleanly and the staff are very friendly and doctors are talented. Thanks to nakshatra hospital.

This hospital Exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was courteous, the environment was clean, and my treatment was handled with great expertise. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of quality health care.
