However, after two days, the levels increased beyond the borderline, so we rushed to My Doctor Hospital. Dr. Kiranmai, the neonatologist, assessed the situation and advised phototherapy. The hospital staff was friendly, professional, and highly supportive. The doctor patiently explained the dos and don'ts for newborn care, which was very helpful for us as first-time parents.
