The doctors are highly experienced and take time to explain the diagnosis and treatment options clearly. The nursing staff were extremely caring, supportive, and always available whenever needed. The hospital is very clean, well-organized, and follows strict hygiene and safety protocols. The diagnostic services were fast and accurate, and the overall coordination between departments was seamless. One of the most unprofessional Hospital I have ever seen. Operations Staff: No courtesy, No follows ups, No communication. Doctors: They never respect time for their patients. In emergency if you want to consult doc they will say you have to get the patient to hospital. They will not even once talk to you over phone in case of any emergency. Doctors coming late is just normal there and staff lack empathy about it. For an appointment of 30mins you will spend around 4 hours. Nurses and staff they pretend to not understand Hindi or English when you ask them about the delays and only talk in local language. Suppose to be a Woman and child hospital, but its not at all woman and child friendly. They do Scans on Ground floor and as per what I understand almost every pregnancy scan they ask patients to go on 1st floor for washroom. I have seen pregnant women standing for busy elevators or walking up the stairs. Ideally they should have washroom on the same floor for pregnant women. Billing system is worst. They ask to do payment and then take a photo of your payment done. Their UPI is not even linked to their system I believe. Their Family Card is one big confusion. I gave one more positive feedback thinking that they will improve, but that was only they wanted to fill their targets of positive rating. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone.

I'm deeply grateful for the exceptional care I received from Dr. Srikanth Reddy, Neurosurgeon at Medicover , Hyderabad. Diagnosed with scoliosis and a narrowed spinal canal, I was surprised to learn about multiple spinal fractures that had self-healed in a misaligned manner. Dr. Srikanth Reddy's skill, patience and expertise during the 6-hour surgery were truly commendable. I'm also thankful to his entire team. Special thanks to Dr. Srikanth Reddy's manager Mr. Venu Lanka(and is also an Asst. Manager at Medicover) for his invaluable support through out this journey. May God bless them all for their kindness and dedication. It's been just 11 days since my major Spine surgery at Medicover and I'm optimistic about my recovery progress.

I had a very disappointing experience with Medicover Hospital, especially with their billing and insurance process. My mother was admitted there in an emergency, but the billing was extremely slow, even during discharge when time was critical. To make matters worse, they raised a cashless insurance claim two days after the discharge, without informing us. This caused a major issue -- when we needed urgent treatment at another hospital, the claim was on hold because the insurance provider assumed my mother was still admitted at Medicover. This delay and negligence could have had serious consequences in an emergency situation. The lack of coordination, transparency, and urgency in handling such sensitive matters is unacceptable. I hope the hospital management seriously looks into fixing their billing inefficiencies and insurance protocols, especially when patient care and time are so critical.
