Hospital Review I had a terrible experience at this hospital. It is fully commercialized, and the staff is highly uncooperative. The girl at the billing counter who collects consultation fees was extremely rude. The doctor prescribed a blood test and told me to call him after getting the report. However, when I mentioned that I would get the test done outside and provide the report the next day, the staff outright refused to connect my call. They insisted that they would only allow a phone consultation if I got the test done at their hospital, which is nothing but a money-making tactic. We waited for 1.5 hours for the doctor's consultation, but when we finally got in, he was in such a rush that he immediately started writing prescriptions and tests without even asking for previous reports or listening to the patient's complaints and winded up in 3 minutes. He simply handed over the prescription and told us to call the billing desk after getting the reports. This was the worst hospital experience I have ever had in any of the hospital. Even corporate hospitals don't show this level of commercialization right from the doctors to staff. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Overall had a great experience . Dr shyam sir is a gentleman with good behavior towards the patients listening to there trauma n helping them with proper medication n suggestions. Feeling much better with there medications. Nutritionist gautam suggested very good points which I'm implementing getting good results as well. Staff is very supportive , quick n well mannered. Thanks alot to idea clinics. Keep doing good spread positivity.
