Feeling deeply disappointed. For the past 22 years, my grandfather has been consulting Dr. Krishna Reddy -- no matter which hospital he was in, we always made the effort to go wherever he was practicing. That's how much trust we had in him. Today, when we went for a emergency consultation, the doctor told us he didn't have time to see my grandfather and suggested we visit another doctor instead -- who would take another 2 hours to come. After decades of loyalty and trust, being turned away like this -- not even sparing 5 minutes -- is truly disheartening. Is this how long-standing patients should be treated?

Within any emergency situation pharmacy, all tests reports are provided within a few minutes best'for health care. Experienced doctors and nurses respond quickly and happily treat to all admitted patients.

In this hospital management is treated with only money minded careless staff Untrained nurses.. Have empathy and compassion towards patients.. As you are life savers equal to God ... But why there is no responsibility taken towards card holders etc .. Hoping to get right treatment in future

Their Physiotherapy Department is excellent with cheapest cost n best therapists. They study the patient case history fully n suggest changes in lifestyle, posture, teach stretches n workouts for whole body strengthening. I love this place for rehab. Spacious n green hospital.

Years ago met these famous doctors of this hospital.My husband got his medical tests done here and is fine. We are grateful for the exceptional care and dedication you doctors give to the patients and their well -being.His cardiovascular doctor gave him good medicines and is continuing. I would like to ask you whether as individuals having lipid disorders can we have prawns which are high in omega 3 fatty acids. We will meet you advice.

Worst hospital. Doctor not even discussed after going through reports. Simply wrote medicine for 2Months. He did not even say a word, what is the problem and what precautions to take care. The doctor's assistant the lady with glasses (may be nursing staff) is so rude. Diagnosis service is too poor. That they made us wait for long time to take the test. we took OP at 10.45Am and we came after 4 pm just spending time waiting for doctor. Simply spending 2500+ Rs/- half a day still not clear about my problem. This is personal experience that is happened to us. But I noticed people who are illiterate and doesn't know whom to ask or complaint about the problem. The hospitals in small hospitals are performing much better service then this DD cardiac care hospitals. I recommend not to choose this hospital.

Took prior appointment with Dr N Krishna Reddy one week before... Went today to consult.. The PA to Dr N Krishna Reddy was very rude. She did not allow us to meet the Doctor on simple pretext that we came late purposefully. But she was allowing other patients..The doctor is very good.. We consulted him earlier at care Hospitals, Banjara Hills.. But his reputation is getting spoilt because of his rude PA..
