Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and responsiveness from Dr. Sunil Kapoor. Despite multiple urgent calls, texts, and even attempts to reach him through Apollo's official contact channels as well as his personal mobile, he failed to respond to a critical medical request for my father, a long-time patient who previously underwent bypass surgery under his care. Medical emergencies require prompt attention, yet his complete negligence left us helpless in a difficult situation. A doctor's responsibility doesn't end with performing surgeries; it extends to providing ongoing care and guidance when needed. Patients deserve better commitment and reliability from their doctors. I strongly advise others to reconsider before trusting their loved ones' health with such an unresponsive professional.
