I am K Srinivas Rao - I was emergency admitted on 13th March early hours due to chest pain, my goodness and luckily Dr.Rajesh Natva is available and he was done successfully emergency coronary angiogram with stent and treated well from the beginning till my discharge. I feel my experience, his highly talented Doctor. He will be very polite manner and his presentation skills are very good to clear all my doubts.

We had consulted Dr. Rajesh Natuva for my father - MD Farooq Basha's heart issue. He was very responsive to our calls and provided excellent and clear consultation and treatment. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the treatment provided. My father is recovering well after the treatment. We had always placed a great deal of trust in Star Hospitals, but our experience with Dr. Natuva has left us disappointed. It's become clear to us how commercialized the healthcare system has become, with doctors and hospitals prioritizing profits & targets over patient care. My father was admitted to the ICU at Star for cardiac issues, and Dr. Natuva was assigned to his case. After reviewing his condition, Dr. Natuva recommended an angioplasty, which we agreed to. However, our concerns began when he pressured us into going for bypass surgery urgently. He told us, in no uncertain terms, that my father "might collapse any moment" if we didn't act quickly. This statement felt far too rushed, and we have been through a similar experience at Yashoda as well. Despite the pressure, we chose to seek additional opinions. We took the same angiogram CD to four independent, top-tier cardiologists in the city. Not a single one recommended bypass surgery, given my father's age (69), his long-standing diabetes, and the fact that he was on immunosuppressants. Every one of them clearly stated that bypass surgery would be far too risky for him and that there was no reason to rush into it either. We decided to discharge my father against their advice and signed a liability waiver. Thankfully, he's doing well now. We're now consulting with another cardiologist who has recommended a stress thallium test in 1-2 months. I don't understand how doctors can do this to their patients and plan for risky procedures without even exploring or proposing other options. He could have said "let's wait for now, get him better, we can run more tests later and take the next step accordingly" but his approach was "we need to do it asap, get all the approvals and do it in the next 2-3 days else he might collapse or have a stroke" so I will not give him any benefit of doubt as to his intensions. Hope others can learn from what we've gone through. It's crucial to always seek a second (or third) opinion from trusted doctors rather than blindly following a doctor's suggestions.
