I would say that he is one of the rudest people out there..!! Using all the slur and abusive language on patients is not at all tolerated. He can't show his frustration out on patients like that. It is unacceptable as its basic common sense as how to behave like a doctor. From the last few visits i observed that he mostly tend to make the problem bigger than what it is actually and try to loot money from the patients. Its better if you don't visit a doctor who doesn't treat you with minimum respect as a person and someone who scams by charging more and more.

We visited Dr Balaji sir for cardiac problem. Blockage in the heart. He guided us really well to a cardiac surgeon and made sure he followed up with surgeon until the surgery is done successfully. He is a gem of person who keeps his patients first.

Dr Balaji sis so pleasant and easy to discuss your concerns. Most helpful staff. Specially want to thank the front desk. Thanks for the tea.

He spends more time to hear to the patient and explains in detail about his treatment and it is a good experience with him. No unnecessary tests.
