Dr. Apollo Clinic - Best Clinic in Nizampet

I just visited this clinic today as part of my annual checkup... I guess this is not a good spot for annual checkup... the staff is just getting hurried to finish the tests, but I don't see the results will be accurate or not... The place also not good.. and not hygienic... somehow I don't like this place... earlier I used to go Yashoda/lucid diagnostic for health checkup they are far better than this clinic. I don't recommend this annual health checkup.... Please don't go here...

Visited Nizampet Apollo Clinic for my parents annual checkup. The staff (Mounika) was courteous and helpful. Overall good.

I recently visited Apollo Clinic Nizampet for a health checkup, and I had a smooth and professional experience. The staff was courteous, and the process was well-organized. The doctors took the time to explain my reports clearly, and the diagnostic facilities were top-notch. The waiting time was minimal, and I appreciated the cleanliness and hygiene maintained at the clinic. We got an ECG, Chest X-ray, and USG done here. After completing all tests, we were asked to wait 1-2 hours the same day to collect the X-ray film. Only after waiting, we were informed that the film would be given in the evening after the doctor reviews it. Today, I even booked an Uber Courier service and informed the receptionist in advance to send the film and reports. But again, they only sent the written test reports. Now they've changed their statement, saying they can't give the film unless someone comes to the clinic. Extremely poor coordination and communication. Patients shouldn't have to follow up repeatedly or make multiple visits for something as basic as collecting test images. Disappointed.
