We had a great experience. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable from the start. The nurses and doctors were very supportive and made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way. The delivery went smoothly, and my wife felt well taken care of. Afterward, the nurses helped her with breastfeeding and answered all my questions. The room was clean, and we felt relaxed and cared for during her stay

Doctors and nurses gave very good treatment and took special care of my father. On the whole we are satisfied that we came for treatment here . I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the medical team in E.S hospital, Villupuram for their timely help and support in helping my family recover from a bus accident. While traveling from Chennai to Coimbatore in a sleeper bus, it crashed on to a tanker lorry at 1 AM in Villupuram bypass. My family was impacted and we rushed to E.S Hospital at 2:30AM. Emergency room procedure was very quick to start the first aid and get admitted. Rooms are frequently mopped and cleaned. Staff nurses keep checking frequently on the needs. Orthopedic doctor who attended us was very courteous when they talk to the patient. Overall, hospital is very well maintained as per the Indian lifestyle and hospitality systems. Being an international traveler, I felt there is a lot of improvements that hospital shall consider to improve and provide better patient experience.

Everything is fine and the services are awesome , this hospital food is especially prepared for patients and is nice and this hospital had a hygienic rooms and bathrooms. The doctors and nurse are gave confidence me to overcome my health issue and they are take care of my health like a parents and this hospital environment is so good . Happy with all the facilities satisfied with services for my father. Atmosphere of hospital in always well maintained... Thanks to each and everyone for the support and treatment and speedy recovery of my father... First of all the rooms and wards are frequently cleaned and hygiene maintenance is good . The interaction between staffs , doctors and patients ,attenders seems good enough to make us comfortable like our family members !

Worst ever hospital, their focus is on money. They seem to be very careless especilaly the nurses in emergency section. The OT doctor appears to be inexperienced. I see a very casual approach and their focus is getting money from patients as much as possible
