Today I did my Master health checkup in sri Narayani hospital it was too good the staffs guided us and it not taken too much time to complete my checkups and doctor consultation in one day I am satisfied with the service

If you do colonoscopy, they take cost overall 20k+. they takeing over price.If you don't require to admitted, they will force you to get admitted in single room and take more money. simply they try to loot your money. Every time they take visiting fees, Even when it's time to show the report to the doctor. If you want to see a doctor via telecommunications then it's experience will be horrible. They charge 1000 rupees fees but no solution. Customer care executive have no experience. If you go there your illness will get better or not it's not fix but your pocket will be empty this is fix.

My wife admitted in this hospital for her delivery in OG Department. Both Mother and baby was taken care so well by the staffs. Mother doctor and the baby doctor were very experienced and good treatment

Large, clean and beautiful hospital. Everyone behaviour is excellent. Easy to do work. No need to worry for Bangladeshi patient because they will get translator. Doctor behaviour and treatment process is good. Within short time get best treatment. Thos who have less time instead of CMC they can come here for treatment.

I visited Narayani for my master health checkup and opted for the Executive Master Health Checkup, which cost 6000. The service exceeded my expectations--it was excellent. Since I was new to the hospital, the staff guided me throughout the process and accompanied me to each test counter. However, the registration area needs improvement. It was chaotic in the morning, with only one staff member handling registrations while 10-15 people from other states waited. The absence of a queue system led to people cutting in line. My tests began at 8:00 AM and were completed by 11:00 AM. I received my report by 1:00 PM. The package included a free doctor consultation as well as complimentary breakfast and lunch, though the food was limited and had a fixed menu.

Not good. Very disappointed. as usual money minded hospital. even in IMCU the treatment is very slow they don't check everything quickly as part of analysis to identify what illness patient actually going through. just to analyze they took 4 days and in between for medicine they took more money. very often i was asked for to buy medicine but they wouldn't have used all the medicine completely to the patient. after 4 days analysi they said patient(my mom) analyzed with open TB will have to put on isolation and then start treatment. next day again they said no we dont have facility here take the patient to government hospital. i was scared as soon as they said this usually for critical situation they will send to GH. I blasted and yelled at them and took my mom to another hospital. She is alright now. they tool all the money just in 4 days around 60k and without any solution they dropped off from continuing with the treatment. the infection was too much. if they would have analyzed quickly atleast using antibiotic they could have reduced the infection. but no treatment was done and took more time for analysis. worst service. one of the other patient died because of their wrong treatment when we were there in the hospital. the patient came in good condition
