Doctor's are not punctual even though nurses are not aware of doctor's details. They claim that they'll come by 1/2hr everytime we ask the nurses. So it's better to take some lunch and dinner along with you when you come to this hospital no one knows when you'll leave

Dr. Netaji treats very well, effectively diagnosed patient issues. Good hospital around the town. But the wait to see the doctor is very high.

Dr. AFSHAN was wonderful when i first checked in my dad for emergency. From her excellent treatment, curiosity, investigative mind and ability to connect, you know where you stand immediately and what next steps look like. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. Wonderful experience with Raffah hospital. Keep up the good work. Thanks for saving my dad.

Alhamdulillah for the service provided by all the staff. I see most of them had bad exp as per the reviews. But i did not face any difficulties. I would suggest the management to extend the waiting area as most of them are waiting in entrance. Second thing the staff should be increased as more patients have to wait and it would be little difficult fo manage patients by limited staff. Third thing management should think about the ventilation facilities in general ward. There is no for fresh air not sure how patients will survive there. I felt really suffocated even after removing mask. Pls take any step for that bcz of 1 patients entire ward patients may get infected bcz of that.

Doctor's are not punctual even though nurses are not aware of doctor's details. Nurses and receptionists behaving rudely they are behaving like they are running hospitals on their own capital. Worst service I have ever seen in my whole Life. My humbly request to all not to go there. Better you can consult with GH doctors by wasting our time there.

Worst hospital.l can tell this with proof and with confidence because am also from medical field 2 month back my brother 30 years old went to consult Dr.Nethji MD with severe hypertension high BP he was given given just basic antihypertensive medicine and sent out.young age hypertension patient should be assessed for cause he was not assessed.no proper medical knowledge . Yesterday my aunt aged 43 yrs went with BP 180/100.staffs who doesn't know even to check BP told our BP is normal130/80 and then we corrected it.the head nurse and consultant Dr.nethaji and staffs were sitting and chatting in room for 1hour when the patient is struggling with high BP. Doctor asked us to take ECG but not seen it .we being in medical field came to know it what about common public.never seen such a worst hospital with worst care worst staffs pls don't go and spoil your health.

Let me sharemy experience in this worst hospital.i took my father for an emergency. Chest pain the staff nursestook Ecg behaved rudely with us and they are send photo of ECG to doctor nethajiwho is like HOD of the hospital but i ve seen him before always free chattingwith nurses not responding i didnot get was the problem.duty doctor was bums who dont know about ECG they said ecg was normal.i brought my father frustrated and went to another MD doctor he said my father has heart attack.what kind of hospital this? Dont even know. To diagnose and treat a heart attack. Still i was charged RS1500 IF i had agreed to them my father would have died by this time.pls dont belive these people and put your life under risk.
