Dr. KB HOSPITAL

I visited this hospital for my wife's treatment. There was a corn developed in her foot. It is a minor issue and had no too much of discomfort. If I had gone to a pharmacy, the pharmacist would have suggested the remedy right away but I visited KB hospital. They have become too much money minded and lethargic. The receptionists are really pathetic, they have no idea which doctor treats what problem. They randomly sent us to Basheer doctor's chamber and he inspected the corn on the feet and advised us that this would be treated by a skin doctor who would be available next day evening on the same hospital. If the receptionist had told us that Basheer doctor doesnot treat skin related problems and they don't have any doctor on the hospital at the moment to consult we would have happily left the hospital to visit another hospital or a doctor. Basheer doctor told, that a skin doctor would come tomorrow to suggest a medicine so comeback tomorrow evening. He gave a prescription which had regular antibiotic and pain killer and took 300 rupees consulting fees. My wife got frustrated and asked him that do we get to consult skin doctor tomorrow without consulting fees as he didn't treat anything but took 300 rupees. He replied consulting fees has to be paid separately to each doctor. This is a scam and a crime. With more than 30 years of experience, I didn't expect that Basheer doctor is incapable of treating a minor corn problem at feet and would refer the patient to his junior for a simple ointment . All to extract money from people by asking them to visit his hospital multiple days for a one day problem and loot them everyday in the name of consulting fees If a doctor is not capable of attending a patient's issue why does he charge fees. So think twice before visiting this hospital because if the relevant doctor is not available when you visit, receptionist will direct you to a random doctor's chamber and that doctor would say he is not the right expert and charge you 250 to 300 rupees to send you to another doctor who is also available in the same hospital in a different chamber.

"KB Hospital in Vandavasi is the worst. Dr. Basheer at KB Hospital seems solely focused on money. During consultations, he charges Rs. 300, and unnecessarily prescribes blood tests and scans, likely due to his recently opened scan center. Regardless of the illness, he insists on prescribing scans. If you try to avoid tests, he refuses to provide a prescription and medication. There's no excuse. However, if you mention already paying and waiting for results, he reluctantly complies. I've never encountered such a money-minded doctor at KB Hospital. Nobody can take all their money to the grave; God will be our witness."

Fees are very high it would be good if the area where the farmers live reduces the fees
