Great hospital.. I have recently delivered my baby in this hospital with Dr.Nikhila. I have a good experience with the overall staff and doctor. She taken care of my diet, my exercises in my last trimester. She explained my condition clearly in my terms which I was able to understand and make my delivery very smooth. Now, me and my baby both are doing very well. She also explained to me about the baby caring things at the start. My heartful thanks to Dr.Nikhila.

However, I would like to bring to your attention a concern regarding the lack of printed bills for medicines and services provided during my stay. As a patient and customer, I believe it is essential to have access to information about the cost of treatment. It came as a surprise to me that Sugam Hospital Valliyoor does not provide even a single printed bill for any medicine or service, leaving patients unaware of the expenses incurred. This lack of transparency can be concerning for individuals who wish to keep track of their medical expenses and make informed decisions about their healthcare. In my experience, most medical establishments, including local pharmacies, provide bills upon request for even small purchases, such as a 10 Rs medicine. However, during my time at Sugam Hospital Valliyoor, I purchased medicines worth 4000/- from the internal pharmacy, yet I was not provided with any documentation. Similarly, no document was provided for my three-day admission stay. I kindly request that you address this issue and ensure that patients are provided with detailed bills for the medicines and services they receive at Sugam Hospital Valliyoor. This will not only foster transparency but also enable patients to have a comprehensive understanding of their treatment expenses. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
