Dr. Kauvery Hospital - Multispecialty Hospital in Tirunelveli

Recently, I visited this hospital for my parents health check up. At the beginning itself I didn't felt that good becoz of the front desk ppl. Only one person was handling everyone and no one is ready to explain the procedure or give an advice about which health check up will be good for elderly people. If someone illiterate enters this hospital it's really difficult to communicate with them. As they have a manual book for the health check up. Also they ask us to scan a QR code to register the patient details and then the payment is done. As I said some ppl not even having an android mobile, I don't know how they register those details. It's a big drawback. Nxt was the underground lab for blood test and urine test and abdomen scan which is so congested and they don't even have an air conditioner facility or a proper air flow. The worst part is they had a single washroom for the patient. We have to stand in a queue for more than 10min for our turn. As we took a health check up package it included for the free food, but the another congested place was canteen. I never imagine that a such a renowned hospital is having a worst canteen with limited seating area with open spaces. The best part was the doctors. I appreciate that atleast the doctor was very understanding and helpful who took good care of the patients. Also inside the Hospital few places the air conditioner was turned off. In requesting them they turned it ON. I don't how many ppl will request them for same. As it's not located in Chennai does it need to have such untidy or limited restrooms and canteen and very few staffs to help ppl.????

Positive Side ; Good Staff & Doctors Good treatment for patients, The environment of the second floor ward's is good, 2nd Floor Sister's are all good & Friendly, Nagative Side ; This hospital is only suitable for rich and Upper middle-class people, Canteen Staff Behavior is Not good, OP patient toilet Very bad, Canteen Food is not good ,

Very good hospital with timely tests and reports. Doctors clears all doubs and share knowledge of all problems and prevention. Neat and tidy environment. Attends also are friendly and treat patience as their family members. Recommended if someone are in Or around Tirunelveli to visit this hospital in case of any requirements.

Me and my friend attended the cardiac camp at surandai. It was a very helpful and well-organized event. The check-up was smooth, and Dr. Ranjini patiently explained everything. A special mention to Saran, who spoke very well and made everyone feel comfortable with his clear and friendly communication. We truly appreciate the care and effort taken by the team. A great initiative for the community!

I would like to give 0 or less than that. I went there for health checkup but know I have to visit another good hospital for my health due to poor hygiene. Restrooms are like like public Restrooms with no cleaning done in past few years Floors are not cleaned on a regular basis. People were sleeping on the floor. Bedsheets are not changed in ecg and the worst part is, it is made of cloth. If previous person has any skin issues, that will be transmitted to you with 100% guarantee. Overall regret my decision to come here for health checkup. 0 rating.
