Very Worst Time and Management. Hopeless mode of communication. No Informed Consent for the Patient. Went to Take a CT Scan for the Patient, they took 7500 + 50 but made us wait till N time. Still waiting and called us again for Ultrasound Scan .. Again we are waiting. People are rushing but no Management. Please look into the matter seriously. Your treatment may be Stupendously Good, but concentrate on Management.

I am absolutely horrified by the treatment I received at this facility. From the moment I arrived, the staff's behavior was nothing short of disrespectful. The nurse who attended to me was rude and dismissive, showing no empathy or concern for my well-being.Dr.Sarvanakumar was especially rude and had no humanity or empathy in him . I hope the hospital takes necessary action .When I asked questions about my treatment, I was met with eye rolls and short responses, as if my concerns were an inconvenience.The nurses in ICU was joking about others death and not giving proper food to anyone. The hospital was money hungry and was taking bribes .I would never recommend this facility to anyone, and I will certainly be seeking care elsewhere.

Dr Skantha sir treatment was very good .all test take was so good. Dr.Ashik sir also very kind person. nursing also very quickly responded our calls.Abirami and Dhatchayeni floor coordinater are very supportive and pso reavthy helping to me for shifting to hamsa. Foodservice also very good kindly increases the manpower for food service. Toilet hygiene was good.247 service was very good immediately responded. Everyday given the care was really good.

Immediate response and proper treatment were provided during the emergency. The doctors, nurses, and all staff members were kind and clearly explained the treatment procedures. Neurosurgeon Dr. Srihari was especially kind, explained everything in detail, and provided appropriate care. The hospital is hygienic and well maintained. The treatment cost is slightly on the higher side, but overall, everything else was satisfactory.

We're impressed with ip billing ability to adopt to change regulatory requirements and industry standards thank for all ip billing staffs. Dr. Velmurugan sir treatment is good.all the Nurses caring is good. Bama sister very support. Abirami, dhatchayeni floor coordinator also really supposed me retired our all request. Kindly manner and friendly type .

It was nice and best for our better health. The place around the patient kept always neat. All the nursing staffs are very kind and treated very well. They provide hygiene and healthy food that are suitable for all patient.. They can also exchange if it is any problem to take that.. Doctor visit daily Morning and night.. Totally the entire service was very satisfied personally...

Ip billing service was good. Doctor Harimeyyappan sir done surgery for my son S.Nithish Kumar , his treatment and support was excellent. Housekeeping-Room, other area cleaning was excellent. Nursing staff in second floor room side 203 was very helpful and caring. Admission desk,, claim section, food and beverage was very good. Overall kauvery staff service was very good.
