Worst experience. making to wait a lot. There is no proper management ..nurse is so slow . We took our baby just for cold check up they made us to wait for 2 hours. Unnecessary explanation about diet from the nurse who is in reception. Please dont visit if there is any emergency for your baby. Only money motive and making the patients to wait.

Don't waste your valuable time and money here in the name of child's health. Waited more than 1.5 hours that too with proper appointment booking through DocOn. Look for other doctors in the town that prioritise duty over business.

Doctors and nurses are very lathergic, my son didn't had food for one day and we want for the consultation. They made us to wait for 3 hours in the hospital without doing nothing. Their focus is to get money from the patients that too in cash so that they can avoid paying taxes. Money minded clinic

Went for a vaccination for my 2yr kid.. Vaccines cost were around 7k. Literally they are demanding for cash.. Ironically the doctor uses all sophisticated gadgets and high end bikes.. Don't know why he wants to manage all these money in printed bills... Luckily dint reach him for any emergency where he demands "only cash" approach in those critical times also

Approached clinic through online appointment as my kid has fever & cold and the entire process is so smooth. All the reports / prescription is available online and can be retrieved as needed. I came to know this doctor through my friends and relatives circle who is well renowned around that area for pediatrics. Coming to the treatment doctor listened to our problems and past history then prescribed accordingly. My Daughter recovered in a day span time after medication. Clinic ambience is neat and clean, staffs are responsive and friendly. Location is proximity to thudiyalur bus stand and one can able to reach by public transport easily.

Dr. Sathish is really good. My senior-aged mother has received a lot of help from him. However, I wish to comment on two topics: 1. Incredible amount of mosquitos in the waiting area: While we do understand this is India, and one might not be able to completely avoid mosquitos, it does not take much effort to spray Hit or light some Goodnight or Tortoise coils. How can they call themselves a clinic if they cannot protect patients from mosquito bites? If someone gets bitten there and contracts dengue or malaria, will the clinic offer them free treatment?! If this were Japan or some European country, medical license authorities would have by now shut down the clinic! This is simply unacceptable. 2. Time management by the receptionist/nurse: My mother has been often asked to come immediately; but it takes around 45 min-1 hour to see the doctor. They need to manage time and appointments better.

Very very poor receptionist/sisters who are very careless in their temperature reading. Its a scam for a heavy hearted mother who have a fevered child ended up knowing no fever, results in improper consultation. Read my experience here...... For sure shubam clinic is 100% money minded clinic and doctor.. He charge 480 for consulting, 300 for video call consulting it just for only 1 min. He talk fastly, rush and cut the call very soon. I don't know why they charge this much when their consulting is very poor. Sugumar doctor doesn't spend much time with babies/kids, As a new parent we have lots of doubts and concerns about our baby. For all those doubts he just say nothing, it's common that's all... He just spend our time with his tab to edit the prescription, once over he send us out. He don't spend the time with us lively. No direct talk with us, that was completely irritating.. And his main motive is to sell some product with us irrespective of our issue. 1.Once I went for less breast milk issue, he gave me some powder similarly to women's horlick. It doesn't work 2. I asked for body lotion to my son he prescribed one lotion which is 700+ rupees for 50g. 3. I went for my son's fever, he gave mom's care cerlac. I don't know what cerlac can cure fever?. Same was given to other parent, who came for introducing solid to 6month old.. All the time he says to come back after one month, just to get 480rs from us and sell his product.. Nothing else. And the main highlight is they have repaired thermometer, that doesn't show correct temperature. 2 times I went for my son's fever, they said temperature is normal, and didn't take care him, as the temperature was low. But he was actually fevered. 3rd time i caught them,.. with their repaired thermometer they showed low temperature, I shouted at them for their careless.. And showed my own thermometer(same brand) reading in front of them and then they changed the reading with us..

Pls don't ever take your child to this hospital. Recently we have consulted my 11 month baby with Dr. Sukumar and he guided us to admit my child and we have admitted in nearest hospital bhagirathi hospital, thudiyalur. After admission the treatment was very worst and nursing team was untrained. My child was suffered a lot in that hospital. Dr.sukumar came just twice in a day to check my child condition. Atlast, we lost our patience and informed hospital management that we are not satisfied with the treatment and going to change the hospital. Dr.sukumar totally visited 4 times to check my baby and he charged 5000rs as consulting charges for that. Now a days which doctors charging consulting fee as 5000rs for only 4 visits? I strongly don't recommend this hospital and if u want to be cured as early as possible pls don't come to this hospital and consult this doctor.
