Dr. Leela Ram Clinic

We arrived at the clinic around 3:55 PM to get medicines, and found that everyone had gone on a lunch break. At least one staff member should have been available for billing. It seemed like they went for team lunch, as if they were working in an IT firm. We waited until 4:25 PM, and when the pharmacist (her name is preetha I guess) finally attended to us, she asked us to wait another two minutes because she couldn't process the billing. Eventually, we waited until 4:25PM just to get some medicine. The pharmacist then had the audacity to say, " oru 10 mins wait panna mudiyatha, emergency na varathinga, unga emergency mudichitu vaanga, ungaluku ethuku ivalo attitude". After waiting for so long, we were met with this kind of unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. Due to the rude and unethical behavior of the staff, we decided to switch doctor.

I am a consultant doctor with 20+ yrs experience. While enquiring regarding the status of a sick patient, the doc who i spoke to was impolite , rude and unprofessional while counselling.. I was informed that she was a duty doctor . Whatever may be the reason, it is not an excuse to talk harshly to anyone.

Due to positive reviews we got from our relatives Past 3 months we were doing monthly checkup for him in Leela hospital with Dr. Bala Vignesh.. before 2 months my dad had swell in his legs we consulted doctor Bala, he said it was due to water content raised in body and he given medicines for it. The next few days it got more swell and my dad was very tired. Again went to Dr.bala he again this time given injection and given medicines.. after one week the condition was same so again we went to him he again put injection and this time he put band aid to leg and told us to come after 3 weeks. But my dad felt too much tired and immediately in 2 days we went back to hospital 4th (21.07.23) time, he given same injection and told it will be normal after he gone unine all swell will be gone and sent us to home... But dad's condition became worse in 2 days, our biggest mistake was we trusted the same hospital 4 times so this time we take him to another hospital on 23.07.23.. shown all the tests & medicine which we taken last 2 months.. They immediately admitted him in ICU and told his kidney functioning is very less and liver got damage half percent it's the reason for swelling of leg.. they given treatment in ICU for 4 days they told us we need to take him atleast before 1 month means it will a chance for him to survive.. On 27.07.23 my father passed away.. It may be a mistake of my family, we should have taken to other hospital when the issue not resolved after 2 times going to Leela hospital.. but we continue to show to him because of some positive reviews given by our relatives... I have only one question to Dr.bala Vignesh ( one patient comes 4 times again and again for the same reason why can't you think there might be other reasons also for that issue, why you giving same treatment for 4 times even though the treatment not worked for patient even 1%... If you told us there may be other issues so suggested any other hospital or taken any tests means my father would have been there for other some more years) I am not here to give any negative reviews, anyway it's a big loss for our family.. My only advice is that if you are not satisfied 1% also you please take other openion from other hospital.. don't stick into the same doctor due to the positive reviews given by someone... Each person body condition differs..

I had a great visit and the doctor's demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic.I explained my problem regarding cardio,Dr.Bala politely listned everting an explained the treatment and he spoked we'll and cleared all my doubt's. I am very happy to have found a primary care physician that I feel I can trust and connect with.

Best clinic in and around Thudiyalur, Coimbatore Locality, The Dr.Bala vignesh raman and Staffs were very Cooperative. Excellent services. Charges are Less when compared to other clinic. In one Sentence, " Good Medical Care at Afforable Cost".

Worst behavior from pharmacy people. If we go to the clinic with diabetes, we will get high bp for free

Dr Bala is very knowledgeable, listens to the problem patiently and gives medical treatment and advise accordingly. The staffs and nurses treat with due respect and care.

The doctor is patient friendly and gives the best treatment at a very affordable fees.. clean and good atmosphere is maintained within the clinic...availability and caring nature of the doctor helps patients to seek the treatment with satisfaction....
