Dr. Bhagirathi Medical Centre And Hospital

The hospital was great. Surroundings and the room was clean and hygienic. The housekeepers cleaned the rooms everyday. The staffs were considerate and careful. It would've been even more good if the hospital had canteen. But the overall the experience was good. Worth the money spent!

My mother had infection in blood, and admit here. The procedure conducted by Dr Sathish, Dr Sanjay was excellent. The help provide by ward staffs and room cleaning members were also very good and excellent.

My experience at Bhagirathi Medical Centre was outstanding. Dr Sanjai Ram Kumar was my attending physician and he provided excellent treatment. He took the time to explain my condition thoroughly, discuss treatment options in detail, and address all my concerns with patience and clarity. The hospital is clean and well-maintained with respectful staff.

My husband recently underwent surgery for a leg bone fracture performed by Dr. Pranessh Kumar, and I must say we had a very positive experience. Dr. Pranessh is not only highly skilled but also very patient and reassuring. He clearly explained the procedure and made us feel confident throughout. The nursing staff members was extremely attentive, caring, and responsive. They took good care of my husband post-surgery and were always available when we needed assistance. Their kindness and professionalism truly made a difference in his recovery. The hospital staff -- including the reception, housekeeping, and support teams -- were also helpful and well-coordinated. The environment was clean and organized, and everything was handled smoothly from admission to discharge. Overall, we are very grateful to Dr. Pranessh Kumar and the entire hospital team. Thank you for the excellent care!

The reception staff is not there to help us. They are busy with their own affairs. Except for a few nurses, everyone else is not working for the hospital. The behavior of the staff is what helps an institution run well.

My husband underwent ACL surgery at Bhagirathi hospital.Special mention to all the staffs and nurses who were polite and took good care of the patient. Pranesh Doctor and Sathish Doctor take enough time to understand the patients concern and provided excellent treatment.
