Our entire family and relations from various places Avadi,Arakkonam, arcot etc used to take treatment, counseling with Dr.Premkumar at Parvathee Hospital,Thirunindravur. Earlier, Doctor had indentified the major cardiac problem for my helder brother,uncle and arranged for heart surgery and they have recovered fully. Apart from this we can quote many incidents satisfactorily with Parvathee Hospital. Now, this week my brother's grand daughter 12 years old had giddiness, unconscious, fits etc.We had taken treatment at Kanchipuram and Arakkonam but it is vain. Finally we brought to Parvathee Hospital at Thirunindravur,Thiruvallur District,The .Doctor has diagnosed and indentified the child's complaint is "Anxiety necrosis with psychogenic non epileptic seizure". Afert 4 days treatment the child has become normal. The cost of treatment is also is reasonable and very less when compared to other hospitals. Dr.Premkumar had taken dedicated personal effort to recover her. The way he treated the child is en excellent, commendable and appreciable and cannot be compared with any doctors.Apart from the medicines his way of diagnosis, explaining the facts,counseling,commitment, spending valuble time with child psychologically and with child's parents,relatives deeply are highly commandable and touched our hearts.We would say he is our family God. The hospital is very neat and clean and the house keeping staffs ara also very sincere and good. The duty staffs ,admin staffs are also very kind there sercvices also very Good and satisfied. We also thank,Mrs.Malar madam the doctors assistant is very nice,kindness,immediate response for any emergency,and her dedications are appreciable. Yesterday, I went hospital for ear pain problem and took medicine from pharmacy.Doctor and nurse treated good. Doctor suggested some tablets and pharmacist given another tablet with same uses. She given one tablet separate and three tablet set.She given expired tablet which is orange color tablet and in between brown color fungus formed and very dust . I went again and asked to refund.She told they are duty doctor,only our sir suggesting tablet will be there in our pharmacy.So many patients coming for emergency. I'm not satisfied with pharmacist answer. She is not responding properly and argued with me and telling it's new stock. Finally I got refund but kindly avoid such words and don't give, if you having single tablet.If you don't have that particular tablet means inform patient regarding that, we don't have this tablet and suggest another tablet. Directly, you given another tablet without informing patient means why we need to see doctor directly we can buy from pharmacy right. Kindly verify before giving tablets and inform patients, if you don't have particular company tablet and tell patients and ask opinion from patients before giving another company tablet. We are educated, so we can check exp date and search. Uneducated and old people's don't know. So please take care this issue.
