This was the worst hospital experience I've ever had. My uncle was admitted to Edison Hospital and treated for 18 days, yet they failed to diagnose the actual problem. We spent 1.75 lakh on treatment and hospital fees -- but there was no result. Finally, we shifted to another hospital where the issue was accurately diagnosed within just 1 hour. This kind of mismanagement is unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend this hospital to anyone.

For Diabetes doctor Mr. Arun. Extremely disappointing. We are unclear about how the token system operates here. At the reception, they provide a token number. However, they do not allow entry according to the token number. Upon inquiring at the reception, they inform us that entry is based on the appointment date. After doctor consultation, We visited the reception to schedule an appointment for the next visit. Yet, this time they are stating that there is no appointment available, and we must come directly to obtain a token. Very Pathetic.

I would like to highlight my concern regarding the long waiting times for outpatient consultations in the cardiology department. While I acknowledge the expertise of the doctors and the busy nature of their schedules, the delays in attending to patients can be frustrating and concerning, especially for those with serious heart conditions. Patients often have to wait well beyond their scheduled appointment times, which can cause unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Improved scheduling, better time management, and clearer communication about delays would significantly enhance the patient experience. I hope the hospital administration takes steps to address this issue, ensuring that patients receive timely care and attention.

We are truly grateful for Dr.Nithya who is one kind, experienced, calm, coolest doctor in the town....though we came here at the last moment for delivering the baby she never failed to recieve us..... I would highly recommend this hospital and doctor for any of your health complaints...I juz want to make a note about nurses who are highly warm,friendly, professional making it smooth and stress free.. The OB-GYN team is highly professional,supportive and always takes time to care and address the questions and concern of the patients

I will explain why only 3 star from my end. I came in for food poisoning. The hospital front reception was overall good and efficient. Registration was good and even the part of doctor consultation was perfect. The doctor who attended me was good and professional. The problem rises at your payment counter and pharmacy. First the girl who was at payment counter was super rude. Not only to me but others as well. Second your management in the pharmacy is WORST. There were 4 girls who should be able to cater all the needs there but they don't even know how to place a carbon paper in the printer. And the customer service (at pharmacy) is the WORST at all. Btw I am from Malaysia. Thank you and best regards.

We recently welcomed our first child at Edison Hospital and were blessed with a beautiful baby girl. Dr. Nithya was amazing, handling everything smoothly and patiently waiting two days for a natural delivery. She and the nurses provided great comfort to my wife, making the experience stress-free. We're grateful for the care we received and highly recommend Edison Hospital.

My father have travelled as tourister to thiruchendur, there my father was unstable and admitted in this hospital, they cared very well. I was in my native, through call the doctor response and explanation is too good and kind. My father were shifted to my native hospital through ambulance. Ambulance facility is too good and I'm thanking the staff helped with this. Though the cost of hospital charges is bit high, the service is too good. Thank you edison hospital.
