Hospital amenities and services were beyond the expectation! For some reason it takes very long to see the doctor! 4 stars The restrooms and the walkways are clean There's a prayer hall in the first floor ! I am hoping that the Hospital Management will maintain the same service/ exceptional care throughout their entire life . I think this is the only hospital you don't need to remove your slippers and shoes when entering, which makes sense because, presence of germs is unimaginable. Keep up the good service !

The entire staff at Kamakshi Hospital provided exceptional care for my father. Every day, the nurses went above and beyond, demonstrating genuine compassion and professionalism. They were not only attentive to my father's medical needs but also made sure the room was kept neat and clean, which created a comfortable and hygienic environment. This level of dedication and kindness from all the staff nurses made a difficult time much easier for our family. We are incredibly grateful for their hard work and commitment to patient well-being. Overall treatment and care is good. Doctor's availability and visiting windoq should be improved. Room charges are quite expensive. (7k per room) high for a Tier 2 city. Corporate style of governance is noteworthy.

1. Please consider improving the ultrasound and X-ray scanning areas by providing separate sections for male and female patients to ensure privacy and comfort. 2. Female patients should ideally be examined by female doctors, especially in cases involving sensitive health concerns. 3. The waiting time process needs to be improved for better patient experience and efficiency. 4. After collecting the reports, patients should be allowed to consult multiple doctors if required and receive detailed medical advice without additional delays. 5. Kindly follow a proper queue system based on the "First In, First Out" principle to ensure fairness and avoid confusion.

We recently visited this hospital for a full body check-up, and we are extremely satisfied with the overall experience. The pricing is very reasonable, more affordable than many other hospitals we've considered. The registration process was smooth and efficient, and soon after, we were introduced to Mr. Zeeshan Ali, who supported us throughout the day. His professionalism, patience, and people management skills were truly commendable. He handled everything seamlessly and was very approachable, making the entire process much easier for us. Although the waiting time was a bit long, Mr. Zeeshan Ali's attentive assistance ensured that we were comfortable the entire time. Because of his exceptional service, we left with a very positive impression of the entire organization. All the other staff and nurses were also very friendly and helpful. In addition, we had a great experience at the hospital canteen. The food was fresh, hygienic, and reasonably priced--a pleasant surprise during our visit. Overall, we are very happy and satisfied with the service provided. Highly recommended!
