Dr. KMCH SULUR HOSPITAL

Very upset with the staff & management. They charge a good hefty amount for treatment but in exchange what they provide is you can see. They just want us to pay money first and then they would do anything. My mother is hospitalized and doctors only visits twice a day. No proper information her health is given to us. I am getting her discharged, no idea how they are awarded as No 1 Hospital in Coimbatore.

Doctors and nurses are very good, But Management should improve the hospitality only with brand image they not supposed to run this is not acceptable for the fees they are collecting only money minded, Ordinary room 1950/ day Nothing is there restroom not clean no flush in toilet, TV not working, Windows fully dusted,

I'm very, very upset with the management. Every time we come for a check-up, we're made to wait for at least 3 hours. Even after confirming our appointment with the hospital over the phone, whatever time they give us, we still end up waiting another 3-4 hours to see the doctor. There's no clear or proper timing for doctor consultations. Even the management doesn't know how long it will take to meet the doctor. This hasn't happened just once or twice -- it's the same story during every visit. Honestly, it's really frustrating with KMCH. Though the treatment is good, the appointment management is terrible. A simple piece of advice: please manage your doctors' schedules properly. This is a hospital, not a park for people to spend their valuable time.

The receptionist at orthopedic does discrimination between north indian and south Indian patient. I was in a queue but she was sending patients coming after me in doctor room. When i asked her she told me they are waiting since 8am.thats completely lie.

1.Cleaning process very worst 2.Toilet flush not working 3.fan regulator not working properly 4.Toilet looks Goverment public toilet 5.Lift 2nd floor switch not working 6.steps fully mud 7.water purifier and area very very Dangerous 8.Canteen foods not available after 10 pm 9.Floor looks slippery for elders 10.Granite not laying Properly 11.Room tele phone not working 12.Nurse availablity very poor 13.No doctors visits regularly and proper FULLY MONEY MINDED

Lab reports can be given as per the patient's convenient by electronic format. They are totally money minded and not convenience for patients.

Very worst service, no hygiene maintained in ICU, patients are not treated with care and kind, staffs inside ICU units are very rude and poorly maintained equipment's. I lost my loved one due to the very worst service given at the ICU, also not well cleaned Oxygen masks. The staffs working at ICU was sick and coughing a lot , still they were allowed to work, this should have been stopped for the wellness of the patients who are being treated in ICU. The reason i lost my loved here was mainly because of the HAP which was the poor hygiene provided inside the ICU. I recommend who ever wish to save your loved ones, please never visit this hospital. You really miss your valued persons life once you go to ICU at Sulur KMCH.

Doctors are good, but nurses behaviour very very worst. These nurses treat patients as badly as they can.
