This hospital charging high amounts for everyone at the first visit nurses are not dealing the patients with care and patience.

Good and neat hospital Did plastic surgery for my dad here, I would thank Dr.Karthik Rajan MS who did surgery for my daddy , he saved my dad's foot from being amputated. Well trained and well behaved staff. Thank you Karthik hospital ....

We visited this hospital the next day just for dressing after my kid got head injury. I explained the nurse the he was attended by a doctor and treatment was given, as per the doctor's advise we just have to do the dressing. They took my kid into dressing room. After waiting for 5 mins the doctor came and said the wound is okay and need one more dressing and get the stich removed on 7th day. I was asked to pay for the doctor fees along with the dressing fee. I was also asked to buy the ointment for dressing. Next day when i went for dressing again they made me to wait and doctor had a look at my kid and said the same thing and again i was asked to pay doctors consultation fee. When i asked the nurse i needed only dressing but she advised they wont do not dressing without oversight by the doctor. I can understand and accept the consultation fee on the first day. It is unnecessary and unfair to collect consultation fees on the second day for a dressing but there is no answer. "A good Doctor is not enough for hospital with poor practice and management." Dear Dr Karthik, Thank you for hearing me and taking your time to address the concern. I have no complains against your treatment. I agree with you about the treatment and care provided by you. You are very polite. But i would like to differ from you, in Tamilnadu whenever we visit a doctor, consultation fee is required to be paid every time but Its not the same worldwide. I have been residing in Gulf countries. Here we pay for the doctor on first visit only and there was no consultation fee for the follow up visit upto to 7 or 10 days depending on the hospital. Also I have done dressing before in sivagangai and trichy as well but was charged only for the dressing. Since we were visited by you on the first day, i merely intended to say that charging consultation fee on the second day was unnecessary and could have been avoided as i clearly told the nurse that i just need the dressing. I paid because i can afford the money but there are people who couldn't afford to pay even this small fee. The main reason i made this review is because when i asked your staff there was no response at all. They kept quiet and didnt hear me. Thank you very much for addressing to the issue.

Not recommended for Endoscopy or other scan test. Need to wait too long and very poor response from some of the hospital staffs and they charged 3500 rupees for test. They said test will start at 4:30 and actual test conducted at 5:36PM.

Doctor treatment very good. But take more time all steps. Worst pharmacy system. Government hospital better to compare this hospital. When u go with patient to this hospital finally u effect with Blood pressure because very assault service too late process . when we pay bill then only they put injection... That pharmacy process take more time..Untill that patient need to wait one or two hours etc.. But one & only good habbit the doctor handling with patient politely cool.

Great hospital with good hospitality . Humble doctors.... I personally feel their positive talks makes me feel good and far better, and they provide excellent service

I admitted my mother here due to ill health.The doctor is treating me very well.But the nurses do not report regularly. There are not nurses on the 2nd floor. Even though it is urgent, the ground floor has to be served.really bad experience.
