While the doctor's treatment was effective, the overall hospital management is extremely poor. There is no proper queue system, and blatant favoritism is shown to known individuals, while others are left waiting for hours. I had to wait for over 2 hours despite having an appointment. The medical shop is another letdown. The staff are rude, arrogant, and treat patients as if they're getting medicines for free. Their attitude is unprofessional and disrespectful. Overall, the hospital needs serious improvement in management, staff behavior, and patient handling. A good doctor alone is not enough when the rest of the system fails.
