My wife was recently admitted to the hospital for surgery.The cashless insurance facility was handled efficiently, and we didn't face any issues throughout the process. Dr. Jayavel at Kamala Hospital is a very talented and experienced doctor. We had our mother's Hernia surgery done by him. We are completely satisfied. He is a good doctor. The nurses are also very good (especially Vijaya and Saniya).It is difficult to get good medical care nowdays.But here Dr jayavel gave us quality treatment and full supportive.Thanks for the kamala hospital

Worst hospital in salem.. Doctors was not available in timing.. patient like old age and kids are waiting long time. Just one injury the treatment taken 5hours.. please don't waste ur time at Kamala hospital.. worst management even doctors and nurses also.. no proper decision from all..

This hospital and daycare service are utterly disappointing. I admitted my dad for daycare for one week, and they not only failed to provide proper care but also made his condition worse. In the beginning, they informed us that the cost was 30,000 per month (1,000 per day), which included doctor check-ups and food for the patient. The admin, Prabhakaran, clearly mentioned that we could take him home anytime and did not specify any minimum stay requirement to qualify for the daycare package. However, when my dad's health deteriorated further, we decided to bring him back home. At that point, Prabhakaran claimed that since my dad had stayed for only nine days, they couldn't consider it under the daycare package. Instead, they charged 2,500 per day for those nine days, along with additional medicine and lab charges. This hospital is purely profit-driven, with no genuine care for patients. Proceed at your own risk--they will drain your money without delivering the promised care.

Good hospital with good nursing staff's. Dr. Vijayakumar sir is really good & friendly. Getting better with his treatment.
