Dr. Diaplus Multispeciality Hospital

I have completed 40 years in my legal Profession in Salem. As a Senior Citizen, I have gone for consultation with Dr A . Prem Kumar. Fees Rs 600/ collected from me at 11.00. AM and they have made me more than three hours. Worst customer service, very bad experience. Only motive of this Hospital is to collect money and made more than 100 patients to wait till their disposal. Even at reception, I have asked for appointment, but they told me that no appointment is given to anyone. As a professional, I have not made my clients to wait. My humble request to this Hospital doctors to give appointment and not any one to wait for more than hours. Worst Customer Experience and very bad experience.My One Day is wasted. People should avoid these types of Hospital in future. Don't waste your money and don't waste your day.

"We recently visited this hospital with our 1-year-old boy who had a fever. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The hospital lacked patient discipline, and the nursing staff was unresponsive and lethargic. To our dismay, they failed to provide adequate care to our baby and the ongoing renovation at the hospital has turned into a nightmare for patients. The constant noise from drilling, hammering, and construction work is disrupting the much-needed rest and recovery of patients. Despite being a place of healing, the hospital has become a source of stress and discomfort. Patients are finding it challenging to get a good night's sleep due to the noise and vibrations, which is further exacerbating their health issues. The hospital's failure to minimize disruptions or provide alternative arrangements for patients is unacceptable and inconsiderate."

Fake reviews: I would give a 0 star if possible. We had consulted the doctor for acid reflux issue and my FIL already had diabetes and thyroid. He did not even bother to check the master health check up results. Our test results indicated issues in liver but he was least bothered about it. Hopeless person he is. He started ridiculing and speaking ill of our previous doctors. He is suggesting a reduced dosage of tablets and told sugar will increase but it's fine. We had no spike in sugar but he is changing that. Suggested unnecessary MRI, eye test, dental test, etc. Many patients who came there had many issues after showing to him. We got to know that a lot of ppl are coming looking at reviews and this person is involved in paying agencies for fake reviews and comments. Do not go there, he will eat your money and spoil your health.

I have thyroid problem for past few years. My family friend suggest Dr. Prem kumar (Diacare) at Salem. I had a treatment for few months with the suggestion of doctor . And they gave some food time table it was very helpful for my problem. Now my problem was normal. Thank you for Diacare hospital.

Pros: 1.We went for my wife thyroid and her symptoms..Dr.Premkumar consultation was good..very polite, soft spoken and hearing our words..but due to mask and fan there was hearing issue.. 2. To reduce weight he gives a good diet chart. 3. Dietician explains very well, nice and soft spoken and hearing our words. Cons: 1. Consulting fees he is charging 450 (400+50 for New file)

I have been consulting Dr.Premkumar congenital hypothyroidism and pcod/hormonal issues. He is very compassionate to the patients about on health,He patiently describing the necessity of being good health by accompaninh healthy diet plan.After only few visits my health is improving.
