Disappointed with Patient Care I am extremely disappointed with the attitude of Dr. A. Krishnaraj Heart Care, Pollachi. My relative, who is over 75 years old, visited the clinic a year after undergoing bypass surgery at a hospital in Coimbatore. Instead of offering care, the doctor refused to treat him, citing that the patient had once consulted the Coimbatore hospital after surgery. He insisted that the elderly person should continue treatment there instead. This behavior is highly unprofessional and lacks empathy, especially for senior citizens who may find it difficult to travel long distances for medical care. As a doctor, the primary duty is to prioritize the well-being of patients, not turn them away for such trivial reasons. This experience raises serious concerns about the doctor's commitment to patient welfare.
