Very pleasant experience with the SM hospital. My kith and kin received excellent treatment at the apt time and are back to normal health. Sincere thanks to Dr Capt N Muralidharan and his team for their services. The hospital rooms for the in-patients are very clean, no one can feel it's a hospital room. The nurses and the support staff are very kind, caring and compassionate

My wife had been taking treatment for c-section infection past six months. During that time we approched three different hospital no one identify the root cause of the problem finaly we came S.M Hospital Panruti Dr Mr Muralidharan sir found the problem and he gave proper treatment. He treated us like friends and family members in terms of doubt clarification. Our family is so happy now thank you sir.

On Monday 03/06/2024 I took my daughter to the nearby SM hospital due to stomach upset problems. But the staff working there said that it is not possible to see a doctor at the moment and even though they politely requested me to see a doctor because of the child's stomach ache, they are disrespecting me and causing me distress. I also explain that you can see the evidence in this regard on the CCTV camera in the hospital reception room between 8:30 and 9.00. So I humbly request the medical staff and receptionist to inquire about this.

Dr. Muralidaran is a very friendly person who understands the pains and stipulations of his patients. My thanks go out to Dr. and other team members for treating me during my overnight stay. Continued care, attention, safety, and belief were evident during my stay. once again i say thanks lots to the SM hospital team members.

Really disappointed. Too much cost. I went for extracting fluid from operated wound. Simply did with injuction. Charged 750 Rs. I never recommend to anyone. Same case I went another hospital they charged only 200 Rs.

My first introduction to this hospital and for that matter any hospital in the district in a very long time. First impression less crowded, ample of car parking, a watchful security, automated sanitizer dispenser. Too many attendants than might be required and none of them wear name badges. Doctor can explain the course of treatment and the need for the same instead of assuming patient needs no explanation or coming out with dribs and drabs. This is how patient is sent home after an intravenous injection needle is removed- not even a plaster to covering

The overall treatment was satisfactory. The Doctors team is highly recommendable. Overall ambience of the hospital was good.
