Subject: Concern About Nurse's Unprofessional Behavior ( while taking blood group test) Message: I am writing to report an unpleasant experience I had with a nurse during my recent visit to your hospital on April 20 2025. The nurse (shymala) was rude and dismissive when I asked questions about my care. I felt disrespected and uncomfortable, which added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. I believe that patients deserve respectful and compassionate treatment, and I hope this issue can be addressed to prevent it from happening to others. I would appreciate a follow-up on how this concern will be handled. Thank you for your attention!!

I came to Janani Hospital on Sunday late evening. I was taken care by Dr. Mohan and team. Even on Sunday whole team is working like regular days. Doctors, nursing team and lab technicians extended their best during my stay for two days. Thank you Janani Hospital Team. Nursing b staff Nalina and sini are very humble and taken care of me very well and supported for speedy recovery.
